      I was so happy to feel like someone would help me in my situation. Unfortunately I have had problem after problem. First of all the monthly payments are killing me. I'm going to lose my house or cars because I can't pay the bills. I realize it is not Ideal tax fault for my dilemma. Secondly. The case worker I got never called or emailed me back. I could never talk to anyone. They now are telling me I am getting a new case worker which I have yet to hear from. I want to see documentation on what I signed and need help with the payment. No one is able to help. I even asked for the supervisor and they connected me to my case managers supervisor. No answer only voicemail. If he called back I don't know because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. And he didn't leave a voicemail. I felt at the beginning they cared but now, not at all. I really don't know what to do. I've tried contacting through email and calling. No success. I realize the *** can come after my property, but I may as well let them because I can't afford the payment now.

      I purchased ideal taxs service based on their claim that they could save me a substantial amount of money on monies I owe the irs, and they offered a money back guarantee.Their service is a scam. After I paid them, they could not guarantee that they could save me any money and wanted an additional $3000 to POSSIBLY resolve a $6000 tax bill!

      I had receive g mails from this company so on 8-14-2023 I called asking for the one advertising in my phone it was *** he was not available so I was transfer to ***** noregua I explain to her my taxes she said it will cost me $395 I said ok the I make the payment on 8-21-2023 talk to her again and she said in a week from that day somebody else will get in touch with me 45 days after I was told that finally I got a call(I had text ***** several times asking what happen I didn't receive any text or call for that matter)so I receive a call from ******************************* saying so you wants to do your taxes of course that is the reason why you and I are talking and I said did ***** gave you my information and she said no I don't talk to her what do you mean you are in the same company yes she replied but we.don't share information Ithen I gave her my name and she said I will have to look into the *** files see if I had some declare money on my name and it was going to take a week isaid ok it didn't happen and two weeks went by until I receive another thing is they have dragged this for long I just don't feel like I was treated with respect it has been to long they lie to me this two women were disrespectful soni just want a refund I have all the text messages save in my phone

      I hired them five years ago, paid on full and they haven't finished anything. They keep trying to cancel my case. I complain, they give me a new case manager, and he or she doesn't do anything and eventually sends me another cancelling notice. This has happened about 5 times now. I would just like a refund or for them to do the taxes they were hired to do.

      We had contacted Ideal Tax solutions to help us with our IRS issues. They requested a large down payment which we had made to them in August/September 2023. We had came upon and agreement of $1333 a month for a payment. Shortly after this agreement we ran into a financial crisis with our car. We contacted ********************************* regarding this in September/October 2023 and he was unwilling to work out payments with us. I spoke with ******* again today and he had no documentation on this discussion. We had offered to pay $500 biweekly and this was not even a discussion. Ideal tax has not been Ideal Theyre payments are unreasonable and they are not willing to work with their customers. They are not there to help they are there to take consumer money. We have paid them $2000 with no resolution even with us trying to make an effort to come upon an agreement.

      I contracted with ideal tax to review my taxes and work with *** to lower my payment plan on owed taxes. I was told the first phase would cost $295.00 and I would pay upfront, which I did. I was told that my settlement and resolution would be a separate phase and would be under $3000.00 and they would work with me on a payment plan. A week later I received a call from **** who read to me, over the phone, what he said were my taxes due. The amounts he read to me were excessive and far over what I had in my records. When I questioned this, he said to ask my case manager who would be assigned to me within 5 working days. He then told me I would need to pay $8900.00 for them to proceed almost triple what I had originally been told. He said I could pay $1700.00 up front and $853.00 a month for 8 months. He said that I would not be required to pay the *** my monthly payment plan during this time because I was their client and they were working on a settlement. I told him that was the only way I could pay. This was **********. On Nov. 6 my *** payment was withdrawn and bounced because he lied to me. I immediately called him and he had a **** call me to mitigate the issue. **** informed me that **** had lied and he was sorry, He said that **** was not a tax professional but he, **** was. He also told me my case manager was on vacation because My case would not start until the next day. I said it has been 5 working days and he said they didnt count the day I paid the $1700. (Oct.31) I said that was another lie and I wanted my money back and to cancel my contract. He said I dont know about a refund. As we talked further , he said the $1700. Would be non-refundable if I cancel now.I asked how that could be since he was the one who informed me they had not yet assigned my case. No work had been done and they lied to me three times now. I couldnt trust them. He cancelled the rest of my payments but did not refund the $1700. That money needs to be refunded.

      I was contracted with the *** and agreed to make a payment plan for $1000 a month before IdealTax worked with me. Paying IdealTax $16000 to help resolve the *** issue and hope to lower the payment plan where I can be comfortable. After Contracting with IdealTax they didn't help resolve but pushed the case for the longest time after a year. After talking to manager case ***************************** from idealTax saying I have to pay $2000 payment plan. They took the money and didn't resolve the problem and inhabe to make a payment of $2000 instead of $1000 a month to an ***. If that is not a scam what is?

      I hired this tax firm based out of **. I explained my situation and I was elated to hear that they will help me as they have helped many clients with similar issues. At first, I did not accept their help due to I had to pay $*** for them to take my case and the agent I was speaking to stated she does not know what the cost afterwards would be. She assured me that usually its around $**** to $**. I would get constant calls from that same agent trying to win my business but ignored them. I then received correspondence from the *** so I decided to hire Ideal Tax Solutions. A few years back when I first registered to the *** site to see my taxes the total it showed I owed was over $***. After Ideal Tax finished their first phase, they told me its about $*** and that its going to take $**** for them to help me with this matter. I was livid, upset, frustrated and confused but the agents promised great results that they "reduce *** debt substantially" and I had no choice but to go along with it. After I agreed to pay $*** a month which was overwhelming, I started dealing with ******* *******. The process took over 1 year to come to resolution which the resolution was my taxes is not over $*** and they have negotiated with the *** a payment installment of $**** a month. Needless to say I was furious, spoke to an account manager the review call recordings and got nowhere. I recently contacted the *** a the end of September, 2023 to get my tax issue corrected and to understand why the amount jumped. I informed the *** agent I hired a firm to address this matter. I was not surprised when I was told, "sir there has been no one or firm or company inquired or amended or abated on your behalf". I've copied and paste a few emails correspondence from Ideal Tax in ** **** saying they're working with IRS on my behalf. I've also attached a copy of the contract i was forced to sign. I was sent the contract while on the phone with agent telling to just sign and she'll explain it.

      Hi, thank you for your response. As I stated to the manager I spoke with, I was led by the beginning agent as far as the results which forced me to sign the contract. I have always been able to call the *** and make arrangements, why would I pay you about $**** to make payment arrangements, that makes zero sense. I called the ***, NO ONE or company abated or worked on amendment as you all mentioned y’all was doing. I’m a senior call center manager, calls are monitored, I assured that manager to pull the call as he was calling me a liar like you are. I just want my money back.
