      We contacted Ideal Tax Solutions in April 2021 and on 4/13/21 we did a lump sum payment of $17,000. This company has done nothing but give us the runaround for 3 years stating that they were waiting to hear from the **** The *** doesn't even have anything on file for them to be an advocate. This case has had at least 5 different case managers from the time their representative *********************** took the payment of 17k back in April 2021. They had no problem taking the money, but the delivery of the service has not been performed. The case manager has changed several times over the years and the only thing we have received was an occasional phone call to state the same thing, "We have submitted for your transcripts from the *** or we are waiting on acceptance of your returns and have not received anything from the ***". This went on for about 2 1/2 years until October 2023 when they started asking for more documents that were provided at that time. Before that, it had been months since we heard from this company because the case manager ********* who had it for a while, once again was no longer the case manager and no one bothered to inform us or continue to at least give us the same story as before. From ******* as the first case manager, to ********* to ********* and the manager ************** also has been made aware several times of our complaints and to no avail. The last response from this company was in 11/2023 in which they dared to suspend our account after we've been given excuses for over 2 1/2 years at that point. I immediately responded to an email they sent and the manager **** advised he was looking into it and would get back. I am still awaiting a response from him, 5 months later. This company knew the help that we needed to resolve our tax debt and the seriousness of it, lied, and did nothing but file 2 tax returns. 17k to file tax returns is a ripoff and they should not be allowed to treat consumers this way. This is fraud!

      I explained that I did not have the money in my bank account to cover the fee. I ask that they clear it with me before they submit the *** so that I can verify the funds are in the account. They ran the *** the next day and the funds were withdrawn from my account creating an overdraft. As soon as I saw that my account was overdrawn. I started calling Ideal Tax to get my funds returned. The first day I left multiple messages and no one returned my call. The next day I reached someone and they transferred me to billing, but ******* in billing said he could not help me. He needed my account manager to approve the refund. It turns out my account manager was out on an emergency leave and wasnt there to approve the refund. I spoke to someone else there who said they would have to listen to the call and they would have to verify that I tried to get my funds back within 72 hours. Every attempt there was to get my funds back to no avail. And now theyre saying they have to investigate it again for the second time and theyll get back to me in 48 hours. While my bank account remains overdrawn and I am accruing fees from ***** Fargo. I just want my money back. They did the *** before I told them that I had the money available to pay the fee.

      Prior to contracting with this company, the sales associate, ********************* promised a lot. He was responsive, answered questions, and got back to me in a timely manner. I asked ********************* (sales) to provide me with a copy or my agreement, which was never sent. He has not called me back after my requesting a call or replied to any of my emails (emails attached). I finally received after roughly 5+ weeks of asking, with no reply. Contract ultimately was sent to me by ***************************** when I complained AGAIN on 03/26. She is in billing I canceled my bank card because I refuse to pay for this company and their failures (as communicated and they violated their own contractual obligations to me several times, prior to me opening my claims against them).I have had (3) account managers to date: *************************, **********************, ***************************. I have provided documents to all of them, which clearly do NOT share information with one another, starting me at *********** each time. NO movement made by any. Per ******, they follow up with their client every 2 weeks with is NOT true. I sent my 2023 return to ********* on 02/16 and did not acknowledge receipt or reply to me when 1) it was sent or 2) when I asked for an update. Weeks later, I was receiving texts asking for it (attached). Also, ***************** was also contacted via email, with no response. I have attached several exhibits and examples of this company, and how they fail to perform (even per their own contract). This is not a company that I want to do business with, and they are not trustworthy, fail to communicate, only care about money. There appears to be a potential class action lawsuit against them, in progress. Company fails to communicate in a timely manner. Company does NOT respond to emails.Company assigns a case manager, then assigns a new one, and fails to bring the new manager up to speed, resulting in starting over. Per contract, customer can cancel within 10 days. However, you dont realize that Ideal Tax is failing to perform until after you assigned your case manager weeks later. Company has an extensive track record of other clients with the same experience I have had.I asked ********************* (sales) to call me to address my concerns regarding their terrible track record, their failure to perform, etc and no call was returned. Company has failed to perform several times, based on the section of their contract below, and I have documentation of all my attempts, and their failure to communicate:NONE of this has happened whatsoever:Ideal Taxs Responsibilities:3.1 IDEAL will keep Client reasonably informed of progress in the pursuit of the Agreements objectives and will respond promptly to the Clients inquiries and communications. IDEAL agrees to update the Client regarding any and all correspondence and negotiations with taxing authorities on behalf of Client.I am not disputing the $250 which was paid as a power of attorney upfront. But since then, NO work has been done, being that I am now on case manger #4 and she is asking me for the same documents that were provided months prior. Company has a track record of doing this to many of their clients. This is bad business.

      A representative of this company told my that I was on the verge of being audited by the *** and having my passport revoked and pressured me into paying them over $4k to amend prior year tax returns. After reviewing the information that person provided me I sought a 2nd opinion and strongly believe that I have been lied to as a scare tactic to coerce me into hiring them. I have since been contacted by a new representative for the company and when I questioned what I was previously told she forwarded me to the previous representatives voicemail. It has been over a week and he has not returned my message.

      Ideal tax lied to me and told me that I was at the second to last step before I go to jail for my taxes owed found out from federal IRS that was not true so they called me into paying them $10,000 to file my taxes, and to either get me an a fresh start program or get taxes knocked off or an agreement with the federal that I could afford after it was all said and done over a year later all they filed was from 2016 through current And they were supposed to file all the way back to 2008, but they said IRS filed those years but I still paid ideal tax and agreed to amount to go from 2008 so if they didnt go all the way eight years before I should have gotten refunded some of that money, but I wont refunded all my money Because they tried to put me in a monthly installment agreement with IRS for over $2000 a month that I definitely could not afford. I have recently reached out to federal IRS and set up payment plans with them for $200 a month on the money I owe and they told me to contact you guys And let them know what they did to me and to try to get my money back so I can pay it towards my taxes ideal text told me they would not agree to an amount like $200 so I definitely want it and I want my money back

Since you began working with us, we've been responsive to most of your calls, with the exception of one that was received outside of our working hours, although we promptly returned the call. However, before proceeding, it was necessary to clear outstanding dues, which you opted not to do, and instead instructed us to close your case.       I was so happy to feel like someone would help me in my situation. Unfortunately I have had problem after problem. First of all the monthly payments are killing me. I'm going to lose my house or cars because I can't pay the bills. I realize it is not Ideal tax fault for my dilemma. Secondly. The case worker I got never called or emailed me back. I could never talk to anyone. They now are telling me I am getting a new case worker which I have yet to hear from. I want to see documentation on what I signed and need help with the payment. No one is able to help. I even asked for the supervisor and they connected me to my case managers supervisor. No answer only voicemail. If he called back I don't know because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. And he didn't leave a voicemail. I felt at the beginning they cared but now, not at all. I really don't know what to do. I've tried contacting through email and calling. No success. I realize the *** can come after my property, but I may as well let them because I can't afford the payment now.

      I purchased ideal taxs service based on their claim that they could save me a substantial amount of money on monies I owe the irs, and they offered a money back guarantee.Their service is a scam. After I paid them, they could not guarantee that they could save me any money and wanted an additional $3000 to POSSIBLY resolve a $6000 tax bill!

      I had receive g mails from this company so on 8-14-2023 I called asking for the one advertising in my phone it was *** he was not available so I was transfer to ***** noregua I explain to her my taxes she said it will cost me $395 I said ok the I make the payment on 8-21-2023 talk to her again and she said in a week from that day somebody else will get in touch with me 45 days after I was told that finally I got a call(I had text ***** several times asking what happen I didn't receive any text or call for that matter)so I receive a call from ******************************* saying so you wants to do your taxes of course that is the reason why you and I are talking and I said did ***** gave you my information and she said no I don't talk to her what do you mean you are in the same company yes she replied but we.don't share information Ithen I gave her my name and she said I will have to look into the *** files see if I had some declare money on my name and it was going to take a week isaid ok it didn't happen and two weeks went by until I receive another thing is they have dragged this for long I just don't feel like I was treated with respect it has been to long they lie to me this two women were disrespectful soni just want a refund I have all the text messages save in my phone
