In May of 2020 I reached out to Superior tax to help me on my back owed taxes which was about $35,000. Its now April 2024 and Im about the same place I was in 2020. I did get my taxes for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 done but in 2019 I Adpoted some kids which have been until my 2020 ****** kids so no earned income credit for them and in 2019 I Adpoted them I could get a rebate missed that. So in some years not all the kids were even claimed. In 2023 we submitted an offer to the *** which was shot down by them of course it would be I was listing just one kid on my return and I have 8. I have paid them$7,763 in almost 4 years and I have to reduce my 2020, 2021,2022 taxes to add the rest of my children in it. I can no longer amend the past ones since its been 3 years. And to resubmit another offer I would have to pay like $2,500 more. So please beware of what you maybe getting into. What works for some does for others.

My husband and I have paid Superior Tax Relief their full fee and have subsequently not been able to have consistent contact with them. I have emailed my rep ************************* requesting and update since I havent had any communication from them in months-no response! This has happened previously and when I did get her on the phone, she stated she was waiting to speak with the *** enrolled agent who was taking over our case since the previous one was no longer with the company. I have called numerous times weekly for months without success. At this point I am worried that the company could be a scamhas anyone else had a similar experience? We have gotten tax lean notices but were advised to disregard them. This is beyond unsettling as I have no way of ensuring that the company is legitimate.Superior Tax Relief LLC

My wife and I have left the complicated task of sorting out our many tax issues and liabilities to Superior Tax Relief. They have been working very hard on our behalf over these last two years. Happy to report that all issues have been resolved and now have an affordable payment structure thru an OIC. By the way* at which is only a fraction of what was originally owed. Our agent ******* * has been a Godsend for us. Truly believe that we have been directed to her and Superior Tax Relief. We entrust our annual tax prep to STR as well. Thank you so much for all you have done on our behalf! There is absolutely no way that I could have navigated us out of this mess without the intervention of ******* and Superior Tax Relief.
