I started this process almost 3 years ago. Now that I was in the final according to ************* they all of a sudden stopped responding to my calls emails etc. ************************* and *************************** have totally ignored my calls. I need a resolution or my full refund back!!!!!!!!!Business response

I hired them over 4 years ago to help resolve my tax issue and they kept asking for the same info over and over and ******** who I last spoke to wont ************* or return my calls They kept calling in 2020 for my last payment (*******) then stopped talking to me or calling back. I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere.Business response
