            $3745.00 was paid to Forward Tax to handle my tax issues with the **** Forward Tax took my money and file my taxes, Forward Tax has not responded to inquiries I'm getting from the **** Several messages was left to their **************** and no one has returned my calls. Several emails has been sent to their support email still no one has returned my calls. $3745.00 final payment of ****** was paid on 9-01-22.

            I paid for a service that they did not follow through on. Went to them for help with my back taxes for 2015. After a few months they told me they negotiated the balance down to zero. But when I file my 2022 taxes, the *** took the money from my return. I have tried reaching out to them several times and they never called me back. The worst service ever!
