      I started with optima around 2021. I have paid them 24k upfront within three months. I continue to get the run around adding more documents needed. This has gone on now for three years. I have sense lost my job and the last two years barely made enough to survive. I have had to send documents multiple times for reason stating signature wasnt dark enough to they never received ved them when I can see them in the upload section. I feel very very taken advantage of. The 24k I sent them could have just gone to the irs with me dealing with them directly. At the same time I have pretty much resolved my state tax debt. Optima doesnt cover that. The way this has been handled is disgusting. I see friends who dealt directly with the irs and had debts forgiven for free.

      Optima tax guarantee me that they could reduce my taxes and did not provide the service I was promised,I paid them $8,000 dollars in 2018 off of a promise from a representative of optima tax name of **************** that my tax debt would be reduce if I folded the program set up by optima tax after 6yrs and no results I think we been scammed,there a business that has a logo with no results Ive been scammed

      Could not meet the required full amount of $11,000.00 to start the paperwork for negotiating a payment plan with IRS due to loss of work my account was on hold for a year unable to continue with my $1000 payment to Optima Tax Relief I canceled my on hold contract when asked about a refund I was told it will take about a month for a response back finally received a response stating I'm only entitled to $692 I ask for time to think about the offer being dissatisfied with Optima's amount I decided to take the offer called six times asking for *********************** with no respond back I ask if I could speak to someone in management but I was told that *********************** is handling my case and I cannot speak to anyone else but *********************** an that a email has been sent to *********************** for a call back request no response from *********************** at Optima Tax Relief I'm trying to get my refund and put an end to this if you feel I'm entitled to the full amount of $4615.56 please let me know thank you ***************************

      On January 7, 2024, I reached out to Optima to inquire about their services. On 01/22/24 I received an email from an employee named *****. I then began to receive relentless calls that to this day, 05/21/2024, have not stopped despite my telling them to remove my number from their call list and to cease/desist immediately. In turn, they began calling my work phone. Once again I told them to remove my number and quit calling. Then, just now, I get yet ANOTHER call. This is harassment. I have also reported them to the **** but they need to cease and desist calling or emailing me PERIOD.

      I paid them $5000 to take my case not only did they not do what they could said they would do which was reduce penalties. They did nothing and every time I told them what days I worked what times I could talk on the phone they would always call me during the workday And never get back to me without doing anything because they said that I did not give them the documentation that they wanted which I gave them everything they wanted. They were two years they were looking at the *** took back all the taxes that I received to take care of the first one and I kept telling him it was closed and they kept asking me for money For the 2017 when I told them 2017 was already taken care of. I needed them to take care of 2019. They never took away any penalties. They never did anything for me. I want my money back to this day, I still havent talked to anybody because they said they close my case , they did nothing for me

      I paid Optima Tax relief $3,500.00 to help resolve my tax debt to which they have absolutely have done nothing I haven't even been able to speak with them .

      Optima Tax Relief promised to help me resolve an outstanding federal tax issue in return for a fee of $16,000.00. I paid the full balance of $16,000.00 and the only action they took on my behalf was to file a POA document with the **** They did nothing to help resolve my tax issue or anything at all. A fee of $16,000.00 is unreasonable to only file a form with the **** They closed my case and I have no resolution with my tax issue.

      I have hired optima tax relief 2.5 years ago. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They have done nothing and charged me $3,000 for NOTHING. We hired them on 08/22/2022 and I continue to call them over and over. I typically get sent to someone outside of the ** and its a problem having someone to contact me in Spanish. Its POINTLESS to hire this company. We have wasted time our interest have increased and were back down to ground 0. I would have already paid them off but now Im negative 3K. I just need the money back so that I can pay them and get this over with. Im desperate. I want to move on and I completely wasted time and money.
