I bought a used car from the dealership. I was told verbally the day of delivery that the audio was not working after much back-and-forth & a signed document, I was told to take it to a dealership of my choosing and let them know what is needed. I was told I needed a new amp which the used dealership ordered ,however they ordered the wrong year amp. After let them know, it was the wrong amp they stopped replying to me and answering my calls.

This place knowingly sold me a car with a nail in it and did not tell me about it. The vehicle was falsely advertised as long range trim but ended up being standard. I even signed papers saying it's long range. I also found out that the loan with their lender was not finalized after driving it for a week because they never gave the lender my number. Dealing with these people have been a huge inconvenience and headache. I would like a payment of 4k to cover the difference in trim or they can cancel the contract and refund me my deposit. I'm willing to keep the car but very unhappy with the scam they played. When I saw the vehicle in person, there was no AS is sign in it. It also mysteriously got a crack in the windshield when I left the dealer.

I didn't like what they did to my friend. She bought a tesla 2019. They told her that it doesn't qualify for a 4k rebate from the *** which is unclear on the reason. They made her put a deposit down on a vehicle before she even looked at the contract. They made her take a picture and a video where they told her what to say even though she stated that she didn't want to. They said the owners needed it. It is very disturbing on what they will use the video for. They told her that she could go to my bank Schools First to refinance if she didn't like the APR which was untrue because her bank does not refinance for that year's vehicle. They also said that the vehicle has ******* mile manufacturer's warranty, which is not true. After she signed, the address was wrong so she is unclear on if the lender has my address so she doesn't miss a payment. They had her initial the contract instead of printing out new papers. Also during signing she noticed the as is sale of the warranty paper. She signed it because they said it still was under manufacturers warranty. The buyers guide of as is was never on the car window before then. They put her in a position of having to sign because they already took her deposit of 4k. When she drove it off the lot, there was a crack in the windshield that was covered by their sticker. She also have to get the battery changed out and tire sensor fixed. Service will occur on Friday 6/21/2024.After we drove it off the lot, they called us 30 minutes later to come back to take pictures of it supposedly for the *** which didn't make any sense because they drove the car back into the show room. When she first saw the car, there was no AS IS sign on the car. I'm sure you can get camera footage of everything that happened there. This place needs to be investigated.

They verified my place of employment residential and I expressed to them that the car was giving me these issues transmission and electrical. The finance company wanted to have the dealership fix the car before we proceed.A member from the Auto team wanted me to tell the finance company the car was fixed before I had seen the car or drove the car to double check if the car was fixed I expressed that I couldnt do that until the ca Due to my work schedule, on Friday the 28th I had my wife go and pick up the car and they would not release the car to her even though she was a licensed driver with insurance. They said they needed to pick up the car. I couldnt un Until the following Monday. I spoke with the finance company Monday and they informed me that they already had returned the loan Due to the Dealer ship, not providing an answer on the vehicle I double checked my contract and reached out multiple times for my down payment but they refused to give it to me

02/26/2024 i purchased a vehicle and told dealer ship that I had $***** down I would like to finance the rest which the vehicle was listed at ***** something. And then when doing the contract I was told $4,500 and was not told about the contract they had just told me sign here and they added a low **** to it adding an extra $1,000 which then later I seen in the papers and it said optional and I was never told about it so after 2 weeks of having the car the dealership takes it and demands me to pay them $***** to redeem my car back due to it being told for parking and it fires on I had asked them they were able to help me take it out they said yes but they never said they were going to charge me all this all at once when I try to take out the car from the tow yard I wasn't able to because it hadn't even been registered under my name yet then I got a letter from the finance company saying that I got denied which was weird because I had gotten approved and then all of a sudden I get denied I asked him to get a refund and they said no so technically I spent for close to ***** that I had saved up for a car just for it to get taken away from me.
