April ******* order in the amount of ****** paid on Discover Card April ******* order in the amount of269.05 paid on my Discover Card I received them but didn't work for me, returned for a store credit so I could order the one I knew I would like. I mailed them back by us postal service on 5/08/2024 and I could track them, I still have my *********** was delivered to front desk on 5/10/2024 and the other one was delivered on 5/20/2024. I have reached out so many times. Last email I received was from August 1, 2024. They said the company was in the process of closure and Liquidation of assets. I placed an order on August 12, 2024. I contacted customer service on 9/5, informing them that I still hadn't received my order. I received no response, so I reached out to them through their website on 9/14. After not receiving a response, I reached out to their customer service email again on 9/25, informing them that, if I didn't get a response within 48 hours, I would dispute the charge through my credit card. I received no response, and have now disputed charge through my credit card company. I hope that either the BBB or my credit card company can get this money refunded.Initial Complaint

Hello:I purchased 3 wigs from Vogue Wigs, returning 2. Order 1003426530, 2 wigs were ordered on 4/30/24; 1 returned on 5/30/24. *** $153.30 Order #**********/349598, 1 wig was ordered on 6/4/24 and returned on 6/24/24. *** $1523.90. To date I have not received a refund.I spoke with ****** on 7/19/24, explaining she would call me back within 2 hours after speaking to a supervisor as to when I would receive a refund; no response.On 7/23, I called back and spoke with *******; she said I would receive a credit to my credit card in 5-7 business days. Still nothing.On 8/1, calling back, I spoke with ******, who saw everything in my notes, and notated more, assuring me I would see the credits to my account by 8/8, 8/12 at the latest. I waited for my credit card statement to arrive, and there still are NO credits. I have since sent 3 emails to the company, Vogue Wigs, 9/9/24, 9/11, and 9/16, and have not received a response. Bought two wigs and a conditioner on 4/24/2024. They sent an email stating that a wig was discontinued but the other items will be sent and a refund will be given. Contacted again on 5/14/2024 because nothing was done. Said they would send out and give a refund. Contacted again on 6/21/2024 said they would get it ship it and issue refund. Contacted again on 7/19 and they said they would issue a full refund. They also said they were in the process of liquidating their inventory. I tried again contacting them on their website email and to the customer service representative I was working with on 8/20 but now no one is replying. I purchased a wig from this company. I called them regarding the return process. I identified the an item for exchange but it was not in stock. I was advised to return the wig and I would be given a store credit to be used when the new wig was in stock.I returned the wig by ****. I never was given any credit. I got the run around. On 8/7/24 I purchased product online from Vogue for 7-9 day shipping and immediately recieved emailed confirmation from them along with the order number (**********). The full $115 payment to Vogue did successfully come off my credit card right away. Still over a month later I've recieved no updates, no product, and no reponses to my requests to get an update on why I haven't received the product or at least an update about what's happening with it (the online status still shows "processing" and has not changed). I called twice in ****** (and again today( & left detailed voicemails which the recording advised would be responded to in 24 hours but no response. I've emailed twice with no reponse. Their only communication to me has been a "did you have your eye on this" email mid ****** soliciting me to purchase the very same item I had already ordered and paid for on 8/7/24 and never received. I placed an order last year on September and returned one of the items which they said I could use as a credit for my next order. I placed an order in May or June this year. I received the items but they were not the right color. Returned the items and a they have received them as verified through tracking. Waited for my refund and was told it takes a month to process. Still nothing and then was told its being processed through their accounting and legal department. Now September this year I have still not received a refund. I have emailed called and there is only a voice mail that says they will respond but never do. Very disappointing and sad. I can see my situation is not an isolated one. Happening a lot. Their website is still up and able to take more orders to unsuspecting customers.
