Absolute SCAM - a one of payment for $1:99 has turned into months of $19:90 payments being fraudulently taken from my account without a single piece of legal assistance being given!!! BTW 1 star is too high a rating for these scammers (California at its best!) in my opinion

This company is a scam!!!! I was told that I’d be charged a one time fee of $1.99 and later on I was charged $19.99 for a monthly subscription that I never agreed to.

I needed legal advise so I looked online and called this number a man name ***** ***** took my information, told me he is not a lawyer just intake assistant and for $1.90 covers 7 days of access to lawyers advise I would be charged $19.90 after the 7 day trial but could cancel anytime . I never received any services from this company and they took my personal information. He told me he will email me the listing of lawyer's that I can choose from and this is what I received..... Thank you for joining our Legal Service Plan. Your family now has access to free and affordable legal products, information and services, when you need them. This is a scam ?? and I fell victim to it beware of this.

They agreed to perform legal services, have been collected money on a monthly basis from our bank account via credit card. We have not heard from them verbally or by letter though they said they would have contact with us. When I attempted to have contact with them, identified myself and reason for my call, the person I spoke to, L*** immediately hung up the phone. I continued calling, eventually a message stated “thank you for calling, our clients are important to us, a representative will be with you” then phone went dead. I called two more times then I got a message “You have dialed a number not available from your calling area” I made these calls per the encouragement of an aarp senior representative. He also said I should attempt to contact them to see if I could work something out with them. If wasn’t possible It was suggested I call my bank and make arrangements to keep them from continuing to take funds out of our account. The bank representative gave me a different phone number to call that I should try, when I called that number the same man, L*** answered, as soon as he heard my voice he hung up. Something is wrong with this organization. They took $1.90 on 5/14/22 $19.90 on 5/23/22 $19.90 on 6/21/22 and $19.90 on 7/21/22. We have since called the bank and requested they not be allowed to take any more money from our account.

Sadly I fell for this scam myself, I searched google looking for free legal service and they charged my card 1.90 it just felt sketchy and I never received the services promised. DO NOT GOVE OUT YOUR CARD INFO TO THEM LUCKILY I GAVE THEM A CASHAPP CARD SO JOKES ON THEM ITS LOCKED
