      I purchased a brand new, 2022 Audi etron from Santa Barbara Auto Group in May of 2022. The connectivity features sold to me only worked for 1 month. I have spend countless hours on the phone with Audi tech support and the dealership trying to solve these issues. Both parties have been very apathetic in resolving the issue and it is still not corrected. They will not even take the car in for service appointments because they do not have a solution and do not want to have service records documenting the epic fail. I am stuck with a car that does not function properly and can not sell to another party until it is resolved. I have been paying for a car that does not work for 6 months with NO help from Audi or Santa Barbara Auto Group, the customer service has been non existent.

      We are aware of the customers issue.

      Unfortunately this is an Audi of America issue as and they do not have a solution.

      The client has been made aware of the situation by us on multiple occasions.

      If we wishes to pursue an OEM buy back he needs to reach out to Audi.

      We will support him to the best of our ability.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have left messages weekly for several months with Audi America and nobody returns calls or emails.  I have had this car 7 months and the features sold to me only worked 1 month.  Santa Barbara auto Group will not take the vehicle in for service because they do not wan an official record of not being able to solve the issue.  I continue to pay for a car that does not work and now I need to buy a new one that works...so I will have 2 car paymenrts.
