            In October 2023, I purchased a package deal for aesthetic procedures from Lilly Beauty Medspa, located at *************************** Unit E, *************, ** *****.*********** was to provide three separate services for a total amount of $3250 and the costs were itemized. Receipt attached. I began the first of the four procedures in November 2023, and was told to expect results after 3 visits. Unfortunately, by January it was clear that I did not see any results. I believe part of the reason was that between November and January, I had different staff perform the service with different equipment each time. I voiced my concern in December, January, February, and March and repeatedly stated that I would finish the first of the four procedures (valued at $500), but did not wish to continue with the remaining services. Services that I have not received but were still being financed/billed through monthly payments with ***************** Despite my repeated visits to the office to speak with the Manager, or Account representative, Lilly Medspa staff has failed to respond to my requests. They refuse to provide the name/number of the Owner or Manager with whom to discuss and resolve this matter, and they have not returned my messages and requests for contact. I have been told that he/she has been on vacation, they don't know when they will return and there isn't another person with whom I can discuss my concerns. I recently reached out to the County Business License and ******************************** in an attempt to locate the name and number of a responsible Lilly Medspa person and was told that neither entity had legal record of this business. As of March 2024, **************** is still charging me at the rate of $132 per month for the services not rendered, and a total that exceeds the cost of the sole procedure received. I tried again in person today, and the Manager, ***** could not be reached.

            Please help me adjust the mistake from Lilly store to Clara Spa. Clara spa is the one I want complain. Thanks!

            On august XX XXXX I went in for a treatment****************************************************** The lady in the front who helped me said that my treatment was going to work. I was told to show her my stomach and she guaranteed "it should go away". I was told I was going to have six sessions and by the fourth session I didn't see any results. Each session was supposed to be 1 hour and 15 minutes long but every session I went in for was between 25-30 minutes long. Before going in for my fifth session (October 19th) I went back in very ********** and disappointed because my treatment wasn't working was told to do exercise because I didn't see any results. They had given me false information and telling me that my treatment will work. I told them that I wanted a refund. A staff member (***) told me management would get a hold of me within a couple of days. Two weeks went by and I didn't receive a call from the manager. I then went back in on November 2nd to tell them that I never got a call back and insisted on a refund. From then on they told me I was not going to get my money back even when during my treatment a staff (*****) confirmed that my treatment wasn't working in front of ***. After talking circles around me I was offered to restart my treatment, I asked if it would work. He hesitantly answered that it could take a year to see results, so I insisted on my refund and my request was still denied. Currently still no contact from the business on any conflict resolution.
