      I had a great experience with TPS Motorsports I have trust issues with who works on my vehicles so before I take it with someone I do my research I was blown away with this guys **** the owner was great to work with I drove from ****** to drop my 2020 ***** F-150 and installed a supercharger this guys go above and beyond and I was in communication with **** at all time!

      I came off track on July 19 after the last session at ********, SCCA TNIA with what sounded like a rotor rub. I checked and pads were good. I drove a few miles to a friends place and after a quick check determined I had a bent rear wheel bearing ******. That meant a 106 mile flatbed ride home. I emailed TPS at 5 am EST and **** answered within an hour. When does this guy sleep? He shipped SKF race bearing from his stock. They arrived in 4 business days and I installed them yesterday. No doubt that OEM bearings will fail when pushed at road courses.

      Had a great experience with TPSmotorsports. 9 months after buying a supercharger I finally got around to putting it on and noticed a part was missing. Tps was incredibly helpful and quick to send me the part. ********** with great customer service

      If you want your purchase on time and on schedule, DO NOT purchase items using their layaway plan. TPS Motorsports does not monitor their layaway plans. After I paid my plan off, I waited for their tentative date to send my purchase. I heard NOTHING for two months. I paid, I waited, patiently. Especially after reading their reviews, I did not want to anger them. I really took a ****** taking advantage of their layaway plan. They had more good reviews than bad. I took confidence in TPS motorsports that innocent mistakes are made. What negative reviews I read prior became relevant when I stayed silent after paying my layaway plan in full. I waited two whole months with no reply from TPS. I had faith that the replys from TPS to those negative reviews, were not true. But after two months paid I sent a message. I was told, "I will place the order." Two months after I paid my layaway plan...Then after nearly 3 weeks, I again message them when my purchase would be sent. Their reply was "two months." From the date that I paid my layaway plan on full to the tentive date of delivery, TPS was HAPPY to tell me my purchase would be delivered in four months total. Yes, I know. They (TPS) will say that this product has a two week lead time. I called the company that makes my product a month after I paid my layaway in full to TPS. They did NOT have my order from TPS. That strikes out that defense. I can post the the dates of payments.I can post the date my layaway plan was paid. I can post the emails sent and received from and to TPS MOTORSPORTS.TPS is not a customer oriented company at all... If they had been they would support their offerings 100%. If you do not mind wondering where your money or purchase is, go right on ahead. But layaway with TPS is a joke. A joke on the customer. I gave them the benefit of doubt... I gambled my summer for that. I will not see my purchase until the fall.

      Customer placed his order on 1/3/23 and made 9 payments over 5 months to pay his purchase of $1,381.97. It "Clearly" states under our layaway instructions " Customer must notify TPS when final payment is made so as to not delay processing of order" which the customer did not.Unfortunately, the parts customer ordered were made by American Racing who moved their entire factory from *** to ************** which is why we told the customer 4 months ETA which was what American Racing told us. The fact is the headers were delivered less than 2 months after he made his final payment on May 20th on a Saturday and was delivered to him on July 11th. He received the parts in 1.5 months.Our Layaway system is not a "joke". The vast majority of customers love it as it allows them to purchase parts when they can't pay it all at once or don't have the credit to get approved with our financing. BUT, the purchase doesn't get processed until the final payment AND the customer has to tell us he made the final payment.Glad you are you are happy with your purchase which arrived sooner than the 2 month ETA we gave.

      Placed an order on February 26th 2023 for a diablosport trinity 2 tuner w/upgraded pcm and to this date I've gotten 2 different ship dates one being March 12th 2023 and then later they said it was out of stock from the vendor till March 18th 2023. I contacted diablosport to see what there stock was as after I ordered I came across the reviews of this company and got concerned. Well they had no record of my Information and told me to contact the vendor and verify they sent the correct information. I emailed them with this information and received an email back with tt he following message."******, They have your order I personally sent them the information , I would appreciate if you stopped contacting the vendor as this will not speed up the process when an item is not available to ship until a certain day. This will only delay the time you will get your product if the information you gave us is wrong then that would be a reason it will not show up on the order. "It's already been past 18 days with then changing dates. At this point I've asked for them to cancel the order and refund me my money. Again I was told they have to wait for confirmation from diablosport. They never have a straight answer for anything. I already plan on speaking to my bank MO day morning in regards to this issue and work on getting it resolved as thus is not very good business practice and will be taking my business to diablosport dire tly who said I'd already have the item from them had I went to them directly.
