Returned several items at our expense but have not seen any refund come through on our credit card account. Have notified the company, but we get a firm letter back asking us to send the items, which we already have. I ordered three items in good faith. They assured me on their website that their return policy was sound and they offered refunds within 30 days so long as the customer paid to ship the contents back. It took 5 emails and I finally got a response of offering me $27 to keep the items. They said if I didn't want that they would give me the return address in the next email. I have emailed twice and still have not received a response with the correct return addressl. They said not to use the address on the package.The package mailing address is ********************************************************************. They say they will accept returns within 30days and they will not give me an address or process to get money returned. They keep emailing me with stupid replies, saying I missed their email or need to provide descriptions of what I ordered. They do not provide returns and clothes are not as advertised (size or quality). I did not get a receipt for my order.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 items. Upon arrival the fit and quality of the items was inferior. I returned them to the address on the package. There was no packing slip or invoice included. I failed to see a credit on my bank statement for 2 months. I called. They said you need a pre-authorization to return. I ordered 5 items of clothing from the curvedream website on/ July 26. The website looks quite nice, certainly LOOKS legitimate. It offers returns (30 days easy returns) and prompt refunds, although returns are at the buyer's expense. I received my order on August 5, and promptly decided that I would keep 2 of the items and return 3 of them. I contacted the company to see what their return protocol is. At first, they offered me $20 just to keep everything I didn't want (Value on their site $80); next they offered me $32, which didn't interest me. Then they offered me a credit toward the "next order"!!! Finally they gave me an address, and requested that I send my package via ***** including a tracking # within 7 days, which I did. . I sent the package on August 9 tracking # **** 6114 1143 4222 7824 16. Several days later I contacted curvedream , sending my tracking number. The email came back. I retried several times...came back. I tried the phone number I found on my on my correspondence re the merchandise. "no voicemail has been set up"!!!! was the message. So now I am out the price of the clothing AND the price of the Postage. I would like curvedream to refund the $80 as promised.Initial Complaint

ORDER NUMBER CDM2408 *********** MADE ON AUGUST 9, 2024 BUT TRIED TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. COMPANY REFUSES TO ALLOW ME TO CANCEL ALTHOUGH THEY TELL YOU TO EMAIL THEM TO CANCEL. I was sent an email earlier stating if I order a min of $89 I get 10% off my order and on their website it said FREE Shipping on $79 or more. . I ordered $91.97 worth of clothing, I should get free shipping. I don't see where I got FREE shipping. They refused to take off the FREE shipping, so I wrote them, as their website only allows you to do via email, "just cancel my order, and I will no longer purchase from your company." They not only refuse to cancel my order, but it appears they are taking additional funds out of my account, so I truly believe they are a SCAM company. They don't provide any phone number or address, then I read on the BBB Website that YOU ARE AWARE OF ALL OF THIS. I ordered a dress on 7/5/24, it was delivered to an address in *************, 7/18/24 at 2:39 pm; several times I requested cancellation and refund and they refused. I sent them a copy of tracking where it was delivered elsewhere, no response! Very poor communication and I want my refund, I no longer want the dress or anything else to do with this company. I found all of the items sent to be unacceptable (size, color, workmanship etc.) I followed their return policy instructions and that address bounces back every time. I went on line and saw that others have this problem too. I would like a complete refund from them.
