    I ordered a dress from petallush in two sizes on 8/27/24 (order number PTL240827151225583). The dresses shipped promptly. I decided that the quality was not as I expected and wanted to return both. I initiated a return request on 9/4/24. For 3 days the customer service representative tried to get me to accept a much lesser amount of money to just keep the dresses. They finally gave me return instructions after I insisted that I wanted a full refund. I shipped the items back on 9/11/24 and per the tracking information they were delivered on 9/14/24. I have sent multiple emails to customer service asking for confirmation of my return, for acknowledgement, for status of my refund, and Ive received zero replies. I feel like my money was stolen and now this company is ignoring me. This is horrible business practice. This company should not be allowed to do this.

    An on-line website has a misleading return policy. They claim free returns but then did not want to give me my money back when two of the items I ordered did not fit. No one has money to throw away these days.They offered me a gift card as a return option but then when that item did not fit would not give me my money back. These on-line practices need to be stopped.

    On July 24 I ordered two dresses from PetelLush - they arrived three weeks later and one of the dresses was too small. On August 6th I submitted an email to ********************************** to request instructions for returning the item and an address. On August 7th I received an email from ****** at **************** asking that I describe how the dress was too small and asked if I would consider a $12 payment to adjust the dress so that I can keep it or asked me if I would like a $41 gift card. This response really astounded me as I have never had a company reply with such offers and so I answered ****** back informing her that I absolutely do not wish to keep the item for $12 nor do I wish to have a gift card. I requested from ****** again the instructions to return the item and the address on where to send it. On August 8, ****** responded with yet another offer for half the price of the dress ($21) and let me keep it. This response has me now thinking that this is not a legitimate company and I am only being strung along until the deadline to return the item runs out and I will then be out of luck. I responded to ****** with capital letters that I refuse any offers from Petallush and wish to have the instructions to return the item and the address of where I can send the dress. I have yet to receive a response from PetalLush which I will now contact my bank and dispute the $42 charge for the dress.

    Ordered several dresses from this company. It took multiple weeks to receive the items but they did eventually arrive. They were of poor quality and didnt fit although I ordered my standard size. I emailed the company to proceed with a return and refund. The website states that this is possible however when emailing for instructions they responded with a different offer than what was asked (attempting to let me keep the clothing and them issuing me partial store credit). After multiple emails and weeks of me being firm that I wanted to return the items for a refund to my original form of payment, they finally agreed and sent me the address and instructions which I followed perfectly (writing down the order number and product IDs and sealing them inside and updating the company with the tracking number). I then found out that the items were returned back to *** because the address was no longer valid. So now Im out my refund and the expensive shipping costs. They are not responding to emails about my refund.

    April 6, 2024 Ordered dress that still has not arrived I contacted them for a refund but they said they could not refund until the dress arrived.

    I purchased 4 dresses online from Petallush on 3/10/24. The total cost was $191.49. The shipping details of the order indicated it would take 7-15 days to receive the order. As of 4/21/24, I have yet to receive the order but the money for the purchase has been deducted from my credit card account.I started checking the tracking details for the order after 2 weeks passed. The tracking information has not been updated since 3/20/24 and last showed the package was in *******, **. The shipping company is listed as Pitney *****.The only option for contacting their customer service department is via email. I sent emails on 4/2/24, 4/9/24, 4/12/24, 4/15/24 and 4/17/24.My first 2 emails were sent requesting an update on the location of the package. Each time I am told Petallush has requested an update from the shipping company. The subsequent emails were sent requesting a refund of my money and expressing my dissatisfaction with their customer service.I have initiated the process to dispute the charge with my credit card company but there is no guarantee that will be successful since this was a valid purchase. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining a refund. Unfortunately, even if I receive the package now I will simply have to return it, as the event I needed these clothing items for has already passed. I fear that returning items to this company will be risky and the company will claim they never received my return.I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Refund like they said they were going to send. The refund was for items that were too small. On their page it said refunds were excepted. They sent a message said they would send partial refund it i would keep the dress. I told them that would be fine. I was afraid I would never get full refund. So I thought that would be better than nothing. I still have not received anything. They send fake picture of a refund to my account

    In Mid-December I placed an order for 3 dresses totaling $80. **** records the items as delivered on 31 December. However, the items were not found. I immediately contacted **** and Petallush to find out what to do. **** stated the item was delivered and not lost or missing. Therefore, we believe they were stolen. Unfortunately, I didnt have insurance on the purchase, though Petallush may. Ive asked Petallush if they have a policy for this Instead of just answering my question of whether I can have a refund or replacement or neither, their customer service representatives have refused to answer my question directly. Were 7 emails in and theyve ignored all the information Ive provided, have asked me for erroneous information (they asked me if my mailbox had lights or surveillance equipment?), and have been genuinely rude. My complaint is this: theyre not behaving in an ethical way. Its fine if the items are stolen or lost forever and they dont cover those things. However, they dont just say that. They ignore customers questions, ask for erroneous information, and keep prolonging the process.

    Monday 0ct 12, 2023 we ordered a dress and a top from Petallush.com for $65.50. In the return policy it states that the items can be returned at the customer's expense for a complete refund. When we started the process of asking to return the items (they were too big) and obtain a refund, we received multiple emails asking us to accept partial refund and we can keep the items or they would give us instore credit and we can keep the items. We simply want to return the items and get our money back. They have been haggling us and not willing to abide by their own return policy. I have read from others that they are still waiting for their refund and I expect I will be in the same boat as them

    I purchased several clothing items from this online retailer in early June. I requested information to return the items which were nothing as shown/described online and it took 3 back and forth emails of the company trying to negotiate a discount with me so that I didn't return the items. Finally, they gave me information to return the items as shown they will on their website. They confirmed receipt of the items July 27, 2023 and indicated a refund would be made within 30 days. I followed up September 8, 2023 that I had not received anything back yet and they once again said they'd request it. I have yet to get any money back and have not heard from their customer service again.
