    This is my email submitted 3 times to ********************************** On 3.11, I placed 2 orders for the same swimsuit. The order #s are 1741706432-116828-079 and ************************* of the orders were credited to my account, the other was not. This was without my knowledge so thank you for catching the error. My order remains unfulfilled. Can you please fill and ship my ******** response at all, no shipment update on their website.

    I have been emailing ********************************** to help with returning my order and am not getting a response and has been over 7 days.I sent below email on July 6th I need to make a return of the bathing suits I ordered and received this past week. Order Number: 1718552565-588453-093 (placed **** 16th)Could you assist with a return label?Above also included my name and email. And this is the protocol listed on their their website that you have to email them and they are to respond to provide a return label. I ordered several suits to try on and non of them worked and I expect to be able to return and receive full refund. I have also tried reaching them over messenger with no success and they do not have a phone number to call.

    I order swimwear from the company and my credit card was charged and I have not received any items. I can not get ahold of the company.

    Bathing suits were bought based on instagram advertisement in my size but when they were received they were 2 sizes smaller. To return the items you first had to contact them to get a return authorization and when I did I continued to get emails asking me if I would keep the merchandise and they would credit me back 20% and when I said no I wanted a full refund since they didn't fit they then offered 50%. I said no and they finally gave me a return address which I sent back the items *** and provided them with a copy of the tracking number. I also contact *********** to get the charge credited back but when they contact CupBeach they were told not received in good condition which is a lie since they were never worn. They should not be able to sell their products due to their refund policy.

    I bought 5 bathing suits from Cup Beach because they said they could be returned. I tried on the bathing suits once and decided that either they didn't fit correctly or I didn't like the ***********. I contacted them right away and tried to return. I took pictures for the return to show I did not wear them. I returned them at my cost. I have included pictures and receipt from the post office in my photo documents. I was contacting them for months and they took a long time to return emails to me. I used PayPal to buy them. ****** told me to contact the credit card company for help at that point I was just trying to return them. Now Cup beach will not send the refund or answer my emails since they owe my a refund. I have a email trail that I can send if it will help. Thank you. I just want to get my money back. Now they have the swimsuits and I am out the money

    I bought a swimsuit at Cup Beach and was charged $43.28 ($32.29 + $10.99 shipping) on May 6. It did not fit, so followed the instructions on the company's website to return it. Customers need a return number confirmation to return items. There is no phone number, so communications are only through email @ *********************************** I requested the return and refund within the allotted time. I had to send 3 follow up emails in order to get a response. Website says emails will be returned within 1 business day. It took 2 months for their response. They offered a $6 refund as compensation and to keep the swimsuit. Then they offered me a $10 refund and subsequently a $16 refund. After turning these offers down, they sent additional instructions which I followed. They said I needed to return the swimsuit and pay for the shipping, which I did on Aug. 11 and sent them the *** tracking number. The company indicated I would receive a refund within a week of receiving the package. I sent another email 35 days later because I had not received my refund. Four days later, I sent another followup email. I received a response soon after indicating that they would refund me $32.29, because they wanted to be reimbursed for the $10.99 shipping fee from when they sent me the swimsuit. I told them that was incorrect because my credit card was charged for that shipping fee already. I just sent that response to them today, but even if they end up reimbursing me for the $10.99 in shipping, which I firmly believe they will not, I feel the BBB needs to know about their poor business practices. I've been dealing with this issue since May. See attached email chain with Cup Beach.

    Ordered blue Tankini halter 2 pc w/ruffles skirt swimsuit on 9-6-23. Received order on 9-18-23. Contacted cup beach.com on 9-18-23 for a full refund within their 15 day return policy as their website states. They are only offering a 30% refund of the item along with a 20% discount on my next purchase. They state this is the best compensation they can offer. They highly recommend I consider this offer. Please help me obtain my full refund which includes shipping of $44.78. Thank you in advance.

    I placed an order and received confirmation that came with a picture of the bathing suit. Then later I received email with shipping that had a different picture. When contacting them they said I received what I ordered and when I sent the screenshot of the order confirmation with the one I wanted, I received the same reply. Never replying back to me if they even looked at the screenshot proving the mistake.
