      i ordered a television from them on May 10th with an estimated delivery date of May 16th. It's May 20th and I don't know where the product is or when it will arrive. They tell me that the ** has been in *****, just a few hundred miles from me, sine September 16th, but they keep giving me sliding dates as to when that ** will be on my doorstep. And since they won't give me a window of when this will be delivered, I've been stuck at home waiting, in case it is delivered. They aren't taking ownership of the problem, they just keep saying that different companies are responsible ******** ****** Services, some un-named 3rd party delivery company), but not them. I am now afraid that they have stolen my money and that i will never receive the **.

      Ordered an 85-inch ******* from seller via Amazon.com (order #: 112-3460639-2413064) on October 5. I received a shipment notice later that same day. A week went by and still no delivery and no proper tracking information provided. Contacted seller on October 12 and was assured that I would receive delivery on October 13 by 1:00 PM, which was already a few days late from the promised October 11 date on the Amazon order page. October 13 came and went and no **. Had to send the installer on his away. Contacted seller and was told the ** would be delivered the very next day. ** was not delivered until October 18, more than a week later than promised when I ordered. I contacted installation company and they said it would be a few weeks before they could get someone out to install the **. Installer showed up on November 20 and installed wall bracket and **. Powered on and noticed lines streaked across the ** display. I was not at that business location on that day, so was not able to contact seller until November 23. Seller quickly told me that they would not help in any way due to the amount of time since I had ordered. It was their fault that the order arrived so late and that the business could not get an installer back right away. We had already paid the installer for a service call and two hours of their time for them standing around waiting for the ** to be delivered on October 13, when the seller specifically stated it would be delivered. Seller basically told me I am out two grand for a broken **. Contacted Amazon but since it was not shipped by Amazon they said I would have to work with the seller. This company could bend their rules a bit to help me out, since the ** arrived so late and since I am out so much money for the ** and for two trips made by the installer. Altogether I have suffered a loss of nearly $2,800.00! The seller just doesn't care and told me "good luck." I either want an exchange or a refund for the broken **.

      I visited the Video and Audio Center location on ****************************** I purchased a *********** a sound bar, and a subwoofer. I told the employee I wanted to mount the sound bar on the ** rather than the wall. I was told that in order to do that, I needed a $568.80 swing arm mount (to make room for the sound bar), as well as a $54.97 sound bar mount (to attach the sound bar), otherwise the sound bar would not fit well.Once Video and Audio Center's installation people came, they said it was impossible to attach the sound bar I purchased to the ** I purchased, and it had to be on the wall. I asked for a refund of both mounts, but they refused, only providing me a full refund of the $54.97 mount, and was promised a $200 refund (which I have not yet received...) of the $568.80 mount. I was misled into purchasing the swing arm mount when I did not need it and I am being refused a refund. I am not sure if they purposefully upsell you on items you don't need it, or they have no clue about the compatibility of their products, but I was scammed.

      This company installed my smart home automation technology, including internet switch, routers, and multiple access points. They have been non-responsive to multiple calls and emails, so I am being held hostage by their non-responsiveness because I can't get my problems addressed by anyone else.

      I purchased a speaker online for $229. A notification was sent saying that shipping information was sent to the carrier, but weeks went by without it being shipped. I called several times, and was told that it was damaged and they were sending a new one. The last time they said it was no longer in stock and they would refund me. They still haven't. They took my money, didn't send me the item, and haven't refunded me. It's a very deceitful business. I shouldn't have to call several times to get the product I bought or my money back.

      Terrible customer service! Bought a B&W Formation Wedge among other B&W products, the wedge broke after a year. Had to send it to ** for service, B&W would not cover it without a receipt, tried and tried and tried to get my receipt from VAC and couldn't, repair costed me $300. Never again VAC! Never again B&W!
