TLDR: Possibly a scam, but definitely shady business.Similar to the other testimonies here, I ordered a $2,000 TV from ******. Unfortunately for me, this is the third party seller that I am stuck with. Multiple phone numbers for customer service, yet none of them are ever picked up. Been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery, and now my delivery date just jumped up a ******* tracking information, no updates, just $2,000 in limbo. Which then leads to me digging into these reviews, and it looks like this is their usual trickery. Between trying to pass older models off as the newer model bought by customers, encouraging customers to buy accessories they don't need, sending broken products or TVs with messed up panels, it seems like this is not a legitimate business at all.Luckily, my saving ***** is that ****** customer support ensures they will reimburse me in the case that it actually never shows up. In the meantime, working witht hem to ensure they know this is NOT a trusted vendor.Review from Michael P

Do not order from these people. I ordered from them off Amazon and they shipped me a letter and used that tracking number to mark my TV as shipped and received by me. Super sketchy. Will not return my calls. I now have to dispute the charges.Review from Chris S

GASLIGHTED!!! Orderd ******* 50" QLED QN90B. Rcvd 50" QLED Q60C. Was told its a newer higher priced version & cost more. Wrong. 90B is miniLED, 60C is not + $400 cheaper. Seller knew exactly what they did and assumed customer wouldnt know the difference. Be forewarned if you do business with this shady company. They claim they have the most knowledge which confirms they knew exactly what they tried to do.Review from CA N

Really poor extremely poor customer service. Trying to get a return authorization from the company and there is no response or callback. This has been a nightmare.
