      Companies like Byte really get under my skin. Their support team will really make you regret ever signing up for this service. They will not release the rest of my treatment aligners THAT I HAVE PAID FOR. Claiming it is for my safety. They have cared little for my safety up to this point as Ive reached out with my concerns only to receive artificial intelligent responses. Responses generated by something that does not feel for the person on the other side. I will do my best to take back my power by warning as many civilians as possible. Go to your local orthodontist. I would pay the extra money to not have to deal with this soulless entity.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and business practices....I wasn't advised until AFTER they hustled payment from me that I was not a candidate for what I needed aligners for in the 1st place (bottom crowding). That didn't sit right with me but they gave me a $500 refund and said they would do aligners to fix my minor overbite on the top. I decided that made zero sense a week or so later and reached out to say I no longer wanted to continue with this farce of a treatment plan. Now...as they were taking my money someone was always available. Now I'm trying to contact someone to see what steps we have to take now that I am refusing service (the aligners are NOT manufactured yet as i have asked my dentist not to send my records over)....I have been trying to email, text, use all the contact options on their site and fun fact...I'm on hold right now at 7:38am pst on the 866 customer service number since I called at ****** when they open for business. I tried twice to do the automatic callback option but apparently they are so swamped and busy I still remain in the que to this very moment. Give me my money back...are at the very least a fair percentage and stop avoiding your business responsibilities and well...customer service!!!!!

      Terrible communication! Ive been in the same set of aligners for 3 months and nothing has been resolved after sending multiple emails and phone calls. I was told I would be on a 9 week treatment plan and only received 8. When I was finished I never heard from the orthodontist who actually never checked in with me once. I always had to contact them. Im still waiting on week 9 and my retainers and Im very dissatisfied with overall treatment and professionalism of this company and would never recommend them.

      Terrible company, a bunch of liars. Promises what you're asking for and ignores you once you pay. I paid at the beginning of the month and they still haven't started processing my molds for production, even though they promised me that I'd receive my treatment by the end of the month at the latest. They should be sued for fraud. They deserve 0/5 stars.

      I sent them my money for a product. I was then given the outline of how my teeth would look at the end. They didnt have a plan to straighten all my teeth. I asked for them to fix the plan and try another way. They said they couldnt and canceled my order. I never received any product from this business. They have dodged my emails, calls, messages for months now. They have not refunded me my money. They have been ignoring me as well.

      I started using Byte to straighten my teeth. I was quoted about 5 months. I am over a year in. I religiously checked in on my app weekly and was allowed to progress each week. I then had to regress MANY weeks as if no one was even looking at my checkins. Received my 2nd half of aligners which didnt fit properly. I tried all of their tricks and they didnt fit correctly. They tried to make me wear these. After several complaints, requesting a partial refund and threatening to turn to the BBB, they refunded $200 and agreed to do another set of impressions. They said these werent good enough. They sent another impression kit, they said these werent good enough. Part of the issue is that they dont have smaller mouthpieces which I requested on 3 occasions. They told me I could buy those from Amazon. Im not investing another dime on anything with this company and would like half of my money refunded. You can see on any social media platform that they make false promises (FB Byte **************** They delete negative comments from their social media accounts. Ive seen success stories with minor issues but feel my lower teeth are too crooked for them to straighten. BYTE continually makes false claims on timeframes. I find it hard to believe that there were no issues with my aligners until I started complaining. It is exhausting sending tons of photos and communicating with different employees each time who do not read the email chain. What I was promised was not delivered and not delivered even close to the timeframe that you quoted me. Please consider refunding half of my money.

      The service/product is awful; they ask you the same questions over and over again when you have an issue and are very reluctant to fix anything. They obviously just want your money and dont care about the results (or lack of) you may have. Save your money and buy Invisalign.

      False advertising. Terrible costumer service. Spent over 3 years when my treatment was supposed to be 6 months. Teeth are still as crooked as when I started. You get bounced around from email to email with different people who have no idea whats going on in your process. Complete waste of my time money and also YEARS of discomfort with no positive outcome. I wish I never did this. Cant believe I was dumb enough to think this could work.

      Byte did not work for me, they played backtracking age and stretched a 6 moth treatment to 3 years hoping that customers would abandon, however after repeated complaints they are still refusing to pay for fixing my teeth which went in up instead of turning and aligning

      The alligners did not even fix my bottom teeth , customer service did not help at all. I am not going to support this company or recommend this industry to anyone since their no return policy. The alligners simply just sit there after my treatment as my teeth continue to shift , the product did not work .
