      I have been dealing with this company for close to 3 ********'s been one excuse after another while trying to get them to fulfill their end of the "guarantee". I'm back to square one with my treatment plan. I would like a total refund of my purchase, but really don't have much faith in that ever happening. Especially since byte won't even respond to any correspondence. This company is a scam.

      This is the worst experience. We thought we did enough research before getting these for my daughter. Going into this she just had a gap that she was insecure about. Now we are dealing with other issues from this treatment... Her teeth are loose gums are constantly bleeding her jaw is sore all the time to where she has to constantly take medicaition for this.. The new orthodontist that we spoke to is saying possibly root damage... And to top it off she still has the gap in her teeth so all for nothing. They want you to sign something before they will even speak with you which is crazy to me. I am demanding a full refund now since we will have to take her to start the treatment elsewhere and pay for possible other dental care due to this issue.

      This is a scam. I spent $2,500. First, my aligner didn't fit properly, leaving a gap between one of my front teeth and aligners. Second, they gave me only 10 aligners for my top teeth, and my teeth barely moved. Third, their customer service is horrible, and they make you sign some warnings befor they provide customer service Otherwise, your emails will be ignored. I am going to do my best to fight this and get a refund.

      I purchased byte last year and it was the worst decision. I spent close to $3K on a product that doesn't work and customer service that is never available. Now since fall 2024, they are unable to provide treatment due to internal issues and everyone who was using them is out money.I have requested my money back because it's far from fair that I have paid for my treatment already and it cannot be fulfilled. This company is clearly on the brink of some issues and they are treating their consumers like trash. They are refusing to refund me unless I visit my dentist and give them a note. Let's not waste time here.. It doesn't matter what they say, you can't do anything to help anyone. Give us our money back or watch people take you to court.

      SCAMMMERS. THEY SHUT DOWN IN OCT 2024 RIGHT AFTER I STARTED TREATMENT, HAVENT PROVIDED ANY OF THE SUPPORT THEY CLAIMED THEH WOULD, NOW MY SET IS DONE AND TEETH ARENT STRAIGHT. THEY BREACHED CONTRACT AND ARE NOW DEMANDING I SEE AN ORTHODONTIST WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THEM TO BE MINE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CHAT, EVER. I CANNOT GET REVISION TRAYS I PAID FOR. NOW THEY ARE SAYING I REPORTED ACTIVE PERIODONTAL DISEASE WHEN I FIRST STARTED WHICH I CERTAINLY DID NOT AND IF SO THEN WHY ARENT THEY REFUNDING ME IMMEDIATELY???? THE LAST TRAY RECENTLY CAUSED GUM RECESSION ABOVE MY CANINE AND I DONT TRUST THEM REGARDLESS! *** INVESTIGATION AND THEY ARE DOING ANYTHING TO DENY REFUNDING MONEY.... STILL PAYING FOR NO TREATMENT POOR RESULTS AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE

      I am on my third treatment plan and my teeth are still not straight. Devices made my teeth worse. They refuse to allow me to continue my treatment unless I sign a form that I was never legally obligated to. They refuse to give me a refund unless I had a doctor or dentist write them a letter stating that the aligners were not medically safe for me. They wont pay for the dentist either. Ridiculous. Thankfully, I work for **************** law firm so I will be getting a lawyer involved. I will also ensure the dentist that is assigned to my treatment plan is throughly investigated. If they have a true dentist and orthodontist reviewing treatments, none of this should have happened.

      I agree with everyone! Byte was the biggest mistake! I was quoted 2 *********** going on 5, largely because no one is actually helpful! Im emailed every two months to send the same **** pictures for my refinement aligners. I got an email saying they were shipped and two days ago I was emailed again to send the same pictures and answer the same questions! The customer service just repeats themselves instead of actually helping! If yall are bankrupt, just say that! I am very close to taking legal actions!

      ******** customer service. Devices injured my tooth and they refused to give me a refund unless I had a doctor or dentist write them a letter stating that the aligners were not medically safe for me. Turns out that once you submit this documentation they then spend a great deal of time arguing back and forth with the dr. *** wrote it. Making it impossible to find someone willing to help you get a refund. They quoted me a time frame in which my treatment would be completed and half way through (6 months) they said that I needed to go back to step one and wear my retainers for double long in between trays. Ridiculous. My teeth were moving and the step one trays didnt even fit me anymore. They ask that you update them with photos every few weeks. Which I did. And never heard them mention anything was off at all. Until it was time for them to mail me my last set of retainers. I believe this company is unsafe and it stretchs the truth as to how much they can help you. Waste of money and 2700 dollars I cant get back.
