    I am a retired teacher. I used Quizizz during the pandemic and in 2021. In October of 2023 after I retired, I was billed on my credit card for a year's subscription for the foliowing year, even though I had previously cancelled my account in 2022. I couldn't get anybody on the phone at Quizizz,, so I cancelled my credit card, filed a complaint with my ******************** and cancelled with ******* for a second time. Now, in 2024, I was once again billed by Quizizz on my new credit card. I had to go through the same process again. I'm sure the company will have some baloney response, but the fact is I found previous review on this site re Quizizz that had the exact same issue as I did. That's not a coincidence. It sure sounds like this company keeps charging people even after they've cancelled, thinking people won't notice. Really, Quizizz? Going after teachers' money?
