I bought a ticket through them and explicitly selected GUEST CHECKOUT to avoid being spammed by them in the ********* 100% I did NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT, I stayed GUEST.Within 24 hours I started to receive email spam that makes the claim that I "consented to this by signing up".This is a straight lie. Guest means specifically NOT SIGNING UP.When contacting support about this they refer to it as "my account". So they created an account without having consent, then sent email without having consent.Atom Tickets, LLC.

Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
I was able to locate your support request and would like to first sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by our agent referring to an account. You did, in fact, complete your purchase using the Guest Checkout option, and I can confirm that no registered account was created in your name.
That said, our records show that during the checkout processwhether on our website or through our appall users are presented with a clear notice above the final checkout button stating that, by proceeding, they agree to our Terms of Use. This includes information about how we may contact users regarding their purchase and related communications. This notice is intended to ensure all customers have the opportunity to review the Terms before finalizing their purchase.
It looks like we also went ahead and removed your email from our system and unsubscribed you from future marketing emails at the time of your initial request. If you would like to request a full deletion of your data, you can do so at any time using the portal provided by our support team. For your convenience, here is the direct link to submit a data deletion request: ******************************************. Once we receive your formal request, we will begin the process and may follow up to verify your identity to ensure were handling your personal information appropriately.
Again, we apologize for the confusion and appreciate your feedbackit helps us improve the clarity of our communications and customer experience. Please dont hesitate to reach out with any further questions or concerns.D. Z.

Thank you for the response and for deleting the non-account I had in your system.I do appreciate that and the link to the data deletion request. But I also want to clarify the Terms of Service do not contain any blanket opt-in for promotional messages. What I see there says "For contractual purposes, You (1) consent to receive communications from Atom Tickets in an electronic form;"Sending random promo mails without opt-in sure isnt a contractual purpose. So lets be clear about that. It doesnt really matter now but I dont want to let this comment stand as if it was just me not reading what I signed up for.Review fromGENNADIY M

These guys are horrible. They screwed up the order and instead of fixing it, they suggested to cancel it, minus order fees, and make another order again. And of course they wanted to charge another service fee again. Horrible and non existent customer service. Stay away.Atom Tickets, LLC.

Hello and thanks for reaching out! I do see a correspondence with the customer in support request ********. The agent was able to offer a full refund in Atom Cash (which is our version of store credit) or a refund to the original payment method. The agent mistakenly denied a refund request of the purchase fees for this order. Typically when cancelling you have the option of selecting Atom Cash or Refund to original payment method. If you cancel an order and choose Atom Cash, the full dollar amount of the order, including any order fees, will be deposited and stored in your Atom Cash account. If you choose a refund, the order fees will not be included in the refund amount (as outlined by our terms of service and our FAQ in our help center). Because the customer was charged fees when attempting to apply a promotional code that did not process properly, we issued a fee refund as well as issued a $5 credit for the inconvenience (when applied with the $5 promotional code will result in a free ticket). The customer should not have been charged an additional fee if the promotional code has been applied correctly. If the customer is still seeing a fee on their order they need to ensure they have entered the individual code given to them by T-Mobile through their T-Mobile Tuesday application before checking out. Additionally they need to make sure there are no loyalty accounts connected to the order as the promotion is not stackable with other promotions and loyalty rewards will take precedent at check out.Review fromDaniel O

1 starI was lured to their web site by a promise of 4 free tickets to The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Even though their fees are higher than the theater, the 4 free tickets would more than make up the difference. I logged into my existing account (I had used them once earlier this year) and place the order for 7 tickets. They told me the code for the free tickets had expired. The email they sent me stated the offer was good to 12/8. I wasnt happy but proceeded with the full price purchase anyhow. Within minutes of placing the order, I realized I ordered tickets for the right showing time but the wrong day (I wanted Sunday, the tickets were for Saturday). I tried to change this but there is no customer support phone number. They make you cancel the order and place a new order but keep the service fee, ($15.33). Its not like days later I decided not to go to the movie. I made a mistake and wanted to correct the mistake within minutes of placing an order! Nope, you must be punished and pay the $15.33. So I followed their instructions. I proceeded with the cancellation and then tried to purchase the tickets for the correct date. I got all the way to the payment page and they stated that my payment was blocked by their credit card processor (!?!) and that I should try a different payment method. I tried another credit card . . . same error message. So I have no free tickets, I ordered 7 tickets but I end up with NO tickets at all and a bill for $15.33. There is no phone number. There is no customer service email link. They just s**** you and get away with it. I've since bought the tickets directly from RegalMovies for less fees without any problems.Review fromTova T

1 starI would leave zero stars if I could ! This place has terrible, terrible costumer service. Never did get the tickets I paid for even though I had proof of purchase as in a bank statement. They said that withdrawal was through a theater, come on really ******? They were slow to respond to my emails and the finale email came the day after the movie tickets were to be used. I tried calling no phone service at this time. Chat was an automated chat the directed my back to the email. VERY FRUSTRATING! Wished I never would have tried this, definitely wasn't worth! If you don't like losing money and being frustrated stay away from Atom tickets. TERRIBLE **** *.Review fromJW S

1 starShort story long, do not Absolutely do not use this business to purchase theater tickets when you can purchase them straight from the theater for less. They charge a "convenience fee" for you using you mobile device and booking through them, and then if you want to cancel will refund you the price of the tickets but not the "convenience fee", which in my case was about $5.67. I sent several messages and they were responsive until I asked for a refund the same day I purchased the tickets, due to the fact that I had a gift card through Cinemark and wanted to use it, not knowing the two companies are not the same, as I don't go to the movies much. I was taking my little girl to see The Wizard of Oz and my local news station ran the story and had the Atom Tickets link associated with the story, which is the only way I got hooked up with this garbage company. Obviously the scam of an outifit is broke and desperate to charge people a fee and higher price for the tickets than the theater, just to be in operation. Oh did I mention no customer service? Call the number listed and that's what the recording says and hangs up. Garbage. Please don't utilize, go directly with the theater for tickets.Review fromPam T

1 starI just had a terrible experience with them. I received 2 codes to get free tickets to see "Sound of Freedom". The codes worked, however I kept getting a message saying that my form of payment was not valid and to call a phone number. There was a message saying that this number wasn't taking any calls and to use their online chat or email them. I did both and no response. The theater ended up comping me two tickets when I explained to them my problem. They had never heard of Atom tickets. *** gets kuddos for helping me out.Review fromBrandon S

1 starDouble charged us food ****************** fees. Talked to customer chat who can see we were wrongfully charged. Says they have to send it up to higher *** and won't refund us. Now I have to wait 3-5 more business days for someone else to look into it. Should be a simple refund but apparently not because atom wants to steal money.Review fromOmar C

1 starI got two tickets for Sound of Freedom movie through Atom's website, but the ** code was invalid and Cinemark didn't accept them and we were not allowed to enter the room. We are very disappointed with this service. DO NOT waste your time and money. Support does not answer. I sent an email to Atom's support, it's been 4 days and no response even having a ticket number.Review fromAnn C

1 starIts like theyre in the business of ripping people off of their money. I purchased a ticket, which the confirmation and ticket didnt show up until 45 minutes into the movie. I had to purchase another ticket. I wrote so many emails and had conversations about my refund. The last I heard they were contacting the theater, that was 2 weeks ago. I have written again with no reply. I went on their ******** account to complain. Someone did respond with asking for my email. That was last week and I havent heard a thing. This is crazy! Someone needs to shut them down!
