    The company took my money for an order and held it for weeks without shipping the product. When asked if I wanted a refund, I told them know as I didn't want to pay currency exchange fees again and I wanted the product. They then forced and refund and told me to re-order the product rather than shipping it as promised, and thereby did not refund the correct amount. I understand I am responsible for currency exchange if I request the refund, but I explicitly said I wanted the product shipped. Waiting a week for each reply has left me no choice but to file a complaint.

    I ordered two times from this company. One order was 4 cases of the Puffs and 2 cases of the cereal. The second was some pasta that I think was considered 1 case. I ordered more due to receiving more promotional emails. I was super excited for the order and to try the foods because I was just just getting into Keto. I will admit that I did go overboard with ordering and my total spent with the company was about $180. When I received my first order of the ******************************* I could only tolerate one of the puffs. However, the more I ate it the more nauseous I would get from eating the product. My boyfriend tried some of it and so did his father. My boyfriend will pretty much eat anything like me and he was also starting to get sick from eating the product. His dad wouldn't even finish any the bags that he touched. Once I received the pasta, I felt at that point I just need to return what I could and try to get majority of my money back. I emailed the company and was given the refund and the link to start a return. I will admit I went overboard on ordering and their policy does state they will only refund one case per customer. However, when I went to initiate my return, the website allowed me to return EVERYTHING. I thought maybe they meant 1 case for each product and went through the return. I packaged ALL of the product up that's was leftover and sent it back to the address provided. I paid $30 to send all this product back. I had to email them again and ask about the refund because my tracking numbers stated that it had been delivered for a week. Oct 1 they refunded. The amount was $25. -_- I emailed them about my concerns and they just kept sending me to the refund policy link. Then I get text message from one then giving me a discount to purchase more product after they have essentially robbed me out of $180 worth. This felt insulting and the company keeps ignoring me and saying they can't refund me. Everyone has been kind at the company but they do not listen.
