my account has been permanently banned for no reason? It says a breech of community guidelines however I have not done so and am confident in this. I also have no received any reasoning for this to occur or proof. I want my account back as ive had it for over four years.Initial Complaint

I'm a victim of identity theft I have police reports and screenshots as evidence. I've been compromised multiple times. I have a big platform and I am a celebrity influencer I would never post or do anything against Snapchat terms or guidelines, this is a huge mistake. Please help me! No one will Contact me back or help me login into my account, I never received anything from Snapchat support. I have gotten The ************************ involved because I have spent over $500 in ads with Snapchat that were never advertise so Ive been scammed out of money through Instagram and never refunded also my page was disabled and I didn't even have access to my account because I was compromised I am an innocent person, I'm very horrified and shaken up about what has happened to me. My business meant everything to me it is a covid-19 pandemic I am unable to take care of my family because of this I didn't deserve this I am a victim. Please fix this.Initial Complaint

This is in reference to the account **********. I originally had a problem where there was some other persons snaps accociated with my phone number so sometimes when I logged in I would see someone elses snaps. Snapchat stated my account was locked and deleted without an ability to regain access to my account. Clearly this is a snapchat mishap or technical difficulty that has lead to this. I am not happy with the support I recieved and decided to let the issue settle until I reconviened with snap. I am the sole owner of my account and can prove that Jordank133 is my account. I seen a review on quora about contacting you guys that you guys are able to help me work and get my Snapchat account. It was of me posting who needed plan Bs since I wont be able to use them anymore meaning for this is womens health. How is it against any term on Snapchat when I see people selling drugs, explicit content and such. They are going against womens civil rights in taking contraceptives of plan bs as if Im selling illegal items. Please help me get my account back. If any I can show you them multiple people who violate terms but I happened to just loose mine because I said does anyone want to buy the plan bs from me since I wont be able to use them. My account was recently permanently locked on Snapchat due to going against community guidelines as my phone was stolen in ******. I have a police report and case number to go with it as well. I guess someone was using my account posting things that went against their community guidelines as I had no access to my account, there was nothing I could do. I am a content creator. I am frequently told that I have a limited reach for posts on the spotlight which allows users to reach more users. There is nothing that I am doing to violate terms. I bought a light from Snap On guy that comes around to shops. I bought the light instead of a stream light because he said if it ever went bad that snap on replaces it and I wouldnt have to ship it off and wait that the salesman does the middle man stuff. So I paid a lot more for this light for that reason. I tried to exchange the light and was told its discontinued so I cant get anything. I called headquarters and was told the same thing. Like I told them I ONLY bought this high dollar light for the piece of mind knowing if it went out it would be easy to exchange it but now the lifetime warranty is void because THEY stopped selling them. Like I told the last everything we buy off the truck changes and discontinued but usually the guy exchanges for something close hince the lifetime warranty. Its been a while so I dont remember the price but I know it was way more than a stream light which I have 2 and have had to get them warranties and there was NO PROBLEMS.
