            I am very disappointed in Westside Motorcycle Academy . I enrolled in the "BEGINNERS CLASS" without any knowledge of how to ride a bike. I was so enthusiastic and eager to learn, but instead I was "counseled out" which means a person is a danger to themselves or others . The problem is they continued to let me drive until approximately one hour before the end of the class never telling me what I did wrong. Since they claimed it was a " safety issue" you would think it would be addressed at the time of incident . When approached by the instructors on our break they said they felt it was best to repeat the class, they asked me what I felt I needed help with, never stating I did something wrong. I thought it was from a place of concern but I was wrong ! After speaking with the owner , I was told the only way to continue , was to pay another $100.00 or I could not resume the class. The owners will not work with you or try to help in any way . It's definitely profit over people. Please be aware that there are hidden fees , if you don't meet up to their driving standards , you will be booted out and lose the money you invested to learn. NEW RIDERS BEWARE!!
