      I placed an order at the end of February. The package was lost by *****. ***** has contacted me and the company to say they lost the package. Brandy Melville has refused to send me a replacement or a refund. I have called them several times to get one or the other, and most recently, I was hung up on by *****. They tell me a manager will contact me, yet that hasnt happened. A manager is never available when I call. I simply want my pants that I ordered, or a refund

      On 01/10/2025, I placed an order for 1 item, it never arrived, I have been asking them to refund me since January 21, 2025, they have stopped responding to my emails.

      Package was never received. I contacted them and they told me they needed to put in a claim with ****** After 3 months they are saying it hasnt been resolved. They sent me a picture of house it was delivered to, and it was not my house. They requested a picture of my house and I sent them one. They are insisting it was delivered and it clearly was delivered to the incorrect house. That may not be their direct fault, but their customer service over an undelivered package clearly not customer focused.

      The package was addressed incorrectly, something i did not do. They have no resolution to this other than to have the package returned to them and then I will get a refund. The method by which they sent the package does not allow a change of address, thus *** Ex will never deliver it as addressed, the recipient cannot go pick it up, and thus, when the package is returned to Brandy Melville, (if it ever is) , I will need to rely on them to refund my money.       I placed an order that was over $200. I noticed immediately after placing it that one of the items that was in there was doubled. I called to explain the issue for them to cancel the item and they gave me no solution to my problem. They said that the items had already been packed up and shipped out when it was literally within two minutes of placing the order. They told me I would be responsible for the return shipping and they couldnt do anything for me. This is absolutely hideous customer service and I will be never be purchasing anything from this company again I would however, like them to supply me with a return shipping label for this item. Being that I called directly after that, the order was placed and they offered me no solution to the problem. Im not sure why they even have a customer service line. They cannot place an order for you or do anything to help you with your existing order.

      I purchased a few items from this site and when the items arrived, they were very poor quality! I returned the order and never received a refund. I have sent several emails to the company to inquire about my refund (12/4,12/13, and 12/16). I was told in an email my refund would process in 5-7 business days, today is the 10th business day and no refund. I called customer service and spoke with Som, who said she was a supervisor. She offered no explanation except the warehouse was working on my return. order#US-4600231

      I have tried placing several orders over the last 3 years. Every time they get cancelled with no explanation, and I have tried reaching out to customer service and they either hang up on me or give me no response via email.

      I am a high school freshmen. I put in a very large order for back to school cloths on brandy Melville.,Over $300, on August 14h. The website said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days and delivered total shipping was 5-10 days. This worked out for me as I knew I would be away that weekend, August *****, but would be home after that. So I placed the order. Unfortunately, the order was delivered on the 17th but was stolen as I was away. I told the company that the information was inaccurate (and it is still on their website) and I would never ordered if they had accurate information but they said, basically, too bad.

      I made a purchase in store on Sunday sept 8th about 517pm. My transaction was approved and pulled out my account. The manager ***** refused to give me my items even after seeing my bank account and speaking to bank representatives. She insisted it did not go through on her end and I was ultimately forced to pay a second time in order for my daughter to receive the items. I filed a complaint with bank as well. I will attach all necessary information. This is bad business and management on their part. Ive contacted corporate by email no response as well.
