      I ordered this product in January of this year. Didnt quite like the flavor of apple cinnamon, but that was the only choice I saw when I ordered. However, in February I was charged again, so I called customer service to dispute. The *** confirmed I didnt have a subscription and didnt know why I was being charged. She told me she would reverse the charge and it would take about 5-7 days or so. During this call I also expressed that I didnt like the flavor but felt the product was starting to work. She then offered to exchange for another flavor but I would not have any product for a least 10 days or more because I would have to return what I had and pay for shipping or 30% refund off my previous order and I could order a different flavor. Well that never happened, still waiting for that 30% refund. I told her I didnt want to do that and it was not fair, if I wasnt satisfied with the product and I didnt know there were other flavors. Those werent offered during the promotion. In March I was charged again, now Im on high alert!! I checked my Activated You account and I have NO SUBSCRIPTION! So now *** contacted my credit card company because this is starting to look like fraud. For two months my card is being charged without my permission or consent. So now here we are in April, no compensation for being a dissatisfied customer as promised. I have 5 containers of product that Im not using because the flavor is not appealing to me. I probably would have continued with my journey had Ive been treated like a loyal customer. Good customer service can make a difference in a company and customer relationship.

      Thank you for the refund, that solved one of the issues. However, I would have also appreciated also the opportunity to try the other flavor options to see if I liked those opposed to the Apple Cinnamon. Allow the customer to get the full experience of your products, in order to get the full benefit and remain a loyal customer without reservations.

      I've been taking it for almost 3 months and absolutely no results. Still have ibs. I tried to return per 90 day money back guarantee and it started the day i ordered, so it expired bc I didn't receive it until weeks later. Waste of money and time.

      Terrible Experience Avoid This Company!I had a horrible experience with ActivatedYou and will never buy from them again. Their system incorrectly placed multiple orders under my name, charging me for products I did not order. Instead of resolving the issue, their customer service ignored my concerns, refused to cancel the extra orders, and put the entire burden on me.When I reached out for help, they kept repeating the same scripted response and offered me only a 30% refund instead of fixing their mistake. To make things worse, they expect ME to pay for return shipping for orders I never placed!This company does not care about its customerstheir support is unhelpful, and their ordering system is unreliable.       I am with ****. I found a beetle in my first container - alive! I have phoned several times and no reply. I have sent emails. Today I received another container of the stuff.I would like my money back!

      Zero stars. I cant cancel my subscription on the website and it wont let me delete my card. The phone number doesnt work. Id also like to cancel my order altogether and would like my money back.

      ******* PRODUCTS. I ordered the activated you on 10/25/24 and received it on 10/30/24. I felt lightheaded and I still have a stomach ache. So, I decided to look at the expiration date on the bottle, and sure enough, the product was manufactured in 2022, and the expiration date was 09/09/2024. They are most likely trying to get rid of old products because people are not buying them as they thought people would.

The Potency Validation Date or "Best by Date" is 1 year from the date on the product. This Potency Validation Date is the amount of time you have to use the product while it is at its peak potency. We submit the product to several rounds of finished product testing to ensure that our customers are getting a quality and effective product that has accurate potencies stated on the label. We recommend keeping your product in a cool, dry space when not in use, to ensure the products potency.

      ********* company with misleading advertising! Their products have no expiration date on the bottles, only a manufacturing date. I found out from online forums and later confirmed by the company, that their product has a one-year shelf life which is not disclosed on the bottle or on their website. I've purchased 3 bottles of morning complete last year in November with a manufacturing date of August the same year. Since I wasn't aware of the shelf life, I didn't use them all right away. When I tried to use them later, they looked expired that's when I look into it more. Since I was outside of the 90-day warranty they refused my refund/replacement request. Basically, this company sold me 3 bottles of morning complete that I had 9 months to use before expiration. If it would've been disclosed that the products will expire in 9 months, I either would've use them or return them right away. Please be aware!
