Feeling mislead and scammed by this company. The product was fine, but didnt create desired results thus not worth continuing. Called for a refund on the morning ****** within the 90 day window, successfully made it through all their questions on the phone to receive a refund. Then conveniently never received the return instructions email. Went to the website to try and cancel my subscriptions ( 5 different times over a couple months) and every time after pressing cancel subscription you get a spinning circle that never stops spinning or an error message. Seems like a dead button that only gives you the illusion of being able to cancel at any time. I will never suggest this company for this reason.Activated You Response

I am definitely satisfied with the product. Is not an instant miracle jar, but in time I have used the product, I noticed my health has improved. I have Crohn's disease and medicine can get truly expensive. However, this product has helped me manage my Crohn's disease along with a plant base diet, and exercise. I am happy that *************** is doing a research to benefit the over all health. I know I cannot afford all products and wish to order everything and enjoy all the benefits. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately the products did not work for me the first month (can 1), I continued to use for the second month (can 2), and half of the third month (can 3). When trying to return with the "100% 90 days no questions asked", I was tried to be talked into completing the whole 90 days. I was then told that I must return the empty containers to recieve refund. I am not sure who just keeps empty containers over 3 months after using. The representative was nice and I am sure just doing his job, but DO NOT get sucked into this scam. Do not fall for the discounts when placing an order to buy more products, because if you give the products a chance and not get the results you were expecting, be prepared for multiple questions, multiple offers of only 30% money back, and told you need to return all of the EMPTY containers! I give you guys 2 ?? because my sister and I takes your " magic pro-colagen capsules " since February 4, ****. Today on February 19, **** my sister get a terrible allergic reaction on her necklace area, a couple of red patches and more it's itching so bad. I think guys, the team who discover this thing you need to think about quality of capsule nature. What I mean,check what material the capsule itself is made of, because it does not smell pleasant and I can see the result from my sister. Because procollagen components are ordinary amino acids that are essential for the body. Therefore, I think that it is a capsule after all. My sister is stopping taking your capsules and I will be watching her and her health closely. And for me everything is calm so far, in 16 days I still do not see the effect and changes. The products themselves did as claimed for the first couple of weeks but then effectiveness completely disappeared. Their shipping practices are bizarre. It took a full month to receive my products. Couldn't help but wonder why so when I ordered again I watched the website closer. My order went unfulfilled for over a week. There was no customer service anything for that so I have cancelled and unsubscribed.Activated You Response

Horrible IT systems. They lost two of our orders that show up as "pending fulfillment" on our account on their website. And, our credit card got charged for both orders to the tune of $231. Called their customer service, escalated to a supervisor, and gave them the order numbers and date of order and they could not find them. I offered to send them screen shots of their website showing the orders, and reference numbers from the credit card transactions and they said that is not necessary. They also said that since they could not find them, they cannot give a refund, so we have to call our credit card company to dispute the charges. This is all the supervisor said they could so since they have no record of the transactions. Very frustrating since I have a record of them on THEIR website.!Activated You Response
