I bought 2 bottles. The product was so disgusting, I couldnt drink it. It doesnt mix well with liquid, so theres just green disgusting clumps in the drink. After trying to drink it for about 2 weeks, I threw this horrible product away. When I called to request a refund, the lady, who was extremely condescending and rude, said I needed to return the whole product within 90 days to get a refund. The website and commercials boast how easy and customer friendly it is to get refunds if youre not 100 percent satisfied. I am disgusted with this company and their disgusting apple cinnamon concoction.Business Response

I have purchased the 3 bottle deals and received the product. I tried taking them now few days and the taste is unbearable. It also makes my stomach so upset and aggravates it. My stomach reacts very bad to the product. I though to utilize the money back guarantee and was told I had to return the EMPTY and other bottles in order to get a refund. This was never mentioned in their lengthy video advertisement or in any documents included with shipping. I'm beyond unsatisfied and hope to spare others from wasting their money on a company that might very well just be a scam. This is unacceptable.Business Response

I ordered an expensive ($144.63) three months of their ActivatedYou BioCollagen Complex under the guise of a "money back guarantee" mentioned many times in their promotional video on ********. After using two bottles I noticed no improvement in my hair, nails, and skin. In fact, my nails were actually more brittle and I noticed significantly more wrinkles in my skin. Not to say that this product caused that, but it certainly didn't improve anything. I sought to utilize the money back guarantee and was told I had to return the EMPTY bottles in order to get a refund. This business says they will refund for any reason. I did not like the taste and wanted a refund. Online it says bad request when you try to submit. If you call the customer service line, it is a beeping dial tone. They also signed me up for a subscription which was not clear when I bought only one bottle initially. Now I need to have two separate orders refunded totaling almost $100. I do not recommend this company unless they are able to rectify this.Business Response

I placed an order by this company and set to auto renew in 6 months because I got a 6 month supply. I set up on 6 month renewal and got email it will charge me every 30 days. I tried to sign into their website to update and website doesnt work and phone number is not working. I ******* and others say its a scam- so now I have no way to contact company to cancel at any time and will be charged every 30 days -which I did not agree to! That is not the phone number on website or emails that I have you need to update your phone numbers on all sites/correspondence and have your website functioning so customers can sign in and edit their memberships as needed and not have to go through the better business bureau to be able to have contact.I appreciate the update to my subscription and accept that, but do better for all your customers too.

I ordered a large order on sunday 12/29/24. After I submitted it, i realized I forgot to use my first timer coupon, so I tried to cancel my order to reorder with the discount. Since they were not open on Sunday, I called early in the morning on Monday. The person I spoke to said nothing could be done as it was too late in the process even though it said that the order hadn't been filled yet. This seemed odd to me, so I called back a few hours later and got a representative that told me that she made a note to the warehouse that the order had already been fulfilled and that this would guarantee it would not ship out. She noted that I would get my full refund in 3-5 business days. Knowing that the other item would not ship out, I placed a new order with the coupon code. However, the next day, I got an email noting my original large order was shipping out. I immediately called them and they said that the only way I could get a refund is returning my order but I would have to pay for the return fee. I let them know that that was not right since I was told it was not going to ship out and I shouldn't have to pay the fee.I am a first time customer and am really disappointed with the customer service response to my issue. I have been trying to get a refund for my order which I refused the package and is being shipped back to them. Please let me know what is needed to get my full refund as soon as possible as this was a large payment I am being charged even though the item is in the process of being returned back.Customer Answer

The website was a scam. I made a purchase and instead of going to the next time to confirm order, it kept charging me each time I hit next. I have tried contacting ActivatedYou for over a month with no response at all. The phone number doesn't work, neither does the chat function. All emails get an automatic response saying someone will contact me within 48 hours. No one ever does. I ordered a product which has not yet come and the tracking details don't work either. Even though I bought something from here before and got great results, the fact that I can't contact anyone or that my second order has not arrived is making me start to think this is all a scam.Business Response

Ordered product on 27 November. ORD-********* / *********. Sent an email to say order has been shipped but there is no way to track. They have a great marketing campaign but very sticky when it comes to marketing emails. Theres a newsletter every day and its not easy to unsubscribe without having to log in to an account. I made a purchase online on 11/16/2024 and during the checkout process, the site was ***elling products. I clicked on the first pop up as i thought they were extending my subscription for the Morning Complete product. Then other pop *** kept appearing and i was unable to go back to remove the product I did not want. There was no option to review my order and i was charged for the ***ell product of Essential Skin Food, which I have no idea what that is.I tried going on the website to cancel my order through my online account but there is no option, only to manage your subscription (which was grayed out for me). Since it was a sunday, i emailed the customer service team to see if they could cancel the Essential Skin Food order.On 11/18/2024, i received an email stating the 2 orders have been shipped. I called the customer service agent and they were unable to cancel the order. They stated i will need to send back the product for a refund and pay for the shipment out of pocket. Since i live in ******, the shipping will be around $20.I am disturbed by the marketing practices of this company and how they ***ell you during the checkout process. There is no opportunity to review the order after the ***ell process, which is deceiving. I went to their website to purchase the Morning Complete product and now I am stuck spending an additional $169.29 for the Essential Skin food order that I did not want, plus an additional $20 in return shipment costs plus my time wasted. I am hoping for a resolution of the Essential Skin food order that i was tricked into purchasing with no option to review the order prior to purchasing.Business Response
