    I ordered 111$ worth of products on December 10th, with 2-5 day shipping. it's now March 21, 2025 and they haven't been delivered. I have emailed multiple times with no response back. They have no phone number.

    I have a customer history with this company of more than 2 years. My last order was placed on September 14 in the amount of $148.14 which was paid up front. One of the products must not have been in stock so the entire order was delayed (this had happened before but the delay was only a few weeks). There has been NO communication whatsoever, no response to my multiple email and webchat inquiries since then, most recently on December 9th when I asked them to simply cancel my order and process a refund. I am very frustrated and just want my money back as I never received any part of the order, which was now nearly 6 months ago.

    I recently had a double-mastectomy surgery and was seeking sleeping pads/cushions/pillows that would make it more comfortable to sleep. Pink Lotus Elements sells a mastectomy pillow claiming that it helps a person sleep more comfortably on their stomach. I received the product and tested it out while it was still in the protective plastic. I did not find it comfortable and decided to return it. Pink Lotus Elements customer service is entirely operated via chat feature. Ive asked for help with my return for many days now, and there has been no reply. Id like to get my $200 back, given I will not use this pillow, but I have received zero help. Their site claims that they only accept returns processed through the chat, so obviously, Im out of luck.

    I ordered Menopause Miracle from Pink Lotus on auto delivery starting in June 2023. I did receive the product monthly for a year but then stopped receiving my order but they were still charging me. I went to their website to cancel my subscription but it went to a page that said something like oops how did you get here. I tried the ***** chat multiple times on different days and at different times of day and left my email as well but never got a response on either the chat feature or my email. There was no way to cancel my order. On 11/21/24 I received an email from Pink Lotus saying they were cancelling all auto ship subscriptions but no mention of refunding my money for the months of product I did not receive. There are order numbers for when they say an order shipped in emails they sent me but no shipping details or proof of delivery on anything. Each order was a total of $41.30 (that included tax and shipping.)

    I made two purchases on 7/18/2024. The payment was charged to my credit card same date. I still have not received the product or a response to my inquiry about my purchases. The status on my account still says pending. The only place on their website that I was able to make an inquiry about my purchase was the chat box. I did not get a response back. The other "Contact Support" option that I found under "View Invoice" opens to "Something went wrong" with a relaunch option that doesn't work. No product delivered and no help or answers available anywhere.

    I initially obtained a monthly subscription in Jan 2023 to Pink Lotus Elements for two supplements, the Multi Must Have and Cosmo Companion for a monthly charge of $47.22. In June of 2023, I decided to cancel the subscription but could not. I followed the steps outlined on their website to sign into My Account and select My Subscription. However, on this page, I received the error "Ooops...how did you get here? Sorry but the page you are looking for does not exist." Since then, I have tried at least once a month to cancel through the My Account page and received the same error. I attempted to utilize the chat feature and was told there would be a 2-hour wait for a response time. However, I was never contacted. There is no active phone number available to contact an actual person to cancel. I have now paid an additional $661.08 in monthly subscriptions for products that I do not want and have not used. I have made multiple attempts to cancel with no response from the company. In Jan 2024, I disputed the charge with my ********** and received a refund for that month, but the charges continued the next month as usual.

    Same experience ordering product, being charged and never receiving the item. Cannot cancel the subscription and cannot remove payment method. Continuously charged. Cannot contact the company except via chat and they do not respond. Dont know how to stop being charged./

    I purchased multiple items on this webiste affiliated with a breast center called Pink Lotus on March 30, 2024 Order Number: ****** for $377.37. It was multiple items for my upcoming breast surgery. They never shipped and there is no way to contact them. I've emailed them multiple times, used the chat feature on their website multiple times....and zero response. When I call their 1800 number no way to get ahold of them. Can't get a simple answer back if the items have shipped or can we get a refund, the way the retailer is behaving it's a fraudelent service associated with a world renounced breast doctor.

    Ive attempted to cancel an autoship subscription for the last 5 months with no resolution. The link on their website to cancel autoship is broken and gives an error message. There is no contact phone number to call, and their online chat feature hasnt responded to any of my chats to cancel. I want to cancel this and also my money back for all the orders *** tried to cancel. Any suggestions?

    I've previously ordered and had Menopause Miracle on monthly subscription. The website claims to process and ship on the same business day, except holidays. The first order was placed July 13th, 2024 ($38.75). Nothing has shipped to date and product remains in "Processing Status". I started a chat as this is the only way to contact or make any complaints, etc., and continue to follow up and wait "in the queue" for hours" to speak with someone only for it to say they will get back to me within one business day or that they would be back the following day at 12. I get back on the chat at 12 the following day and the same thing happens. I have not been able to get in contact. Before I knew about this issue, having had a good purchasing relationship on the prior two orders. I placed a second larger order as they recommended stocking up on items so I would not run out of product again as I did on the previous order. This order was placed on July 20th ($303.77) with the same result. No shipping, no response to messages, etc. but my card was charged for both on the days they were ordered.
