Like others before, I placed an order with Pink Lotus (on 9-4-22). I received only part of the order although the status on the website showed "complete." I submitted a Chat message 10 days ago, Another 6 days ago, and again today. No reply so far. I submitted a message to *************** on ******** today. Waiting for a reply.Initial Complaint

I ordered June 16, 2022 from Pink Lotus and they never sent me my order. I sent them messages through their chat and they never respond. It has been 3 months and I have never received my order. They took my money charging my credit card and never sent me my order. I would like a refund of 91.49$. They should not be allowed to stay in business and operate under taking money and not sending out the product,Initial Complaint

I have been a customer of pink lotus for a couple of years and just recently I've had major issues with my auto renewal and receiving my menopause miracle supplement. I was charged in July for the supplement but never received it. On the website it still shows that it's in processing. I was charged again for August and again, in their system it's still showing as processing. I have reached out in the chat function twice already and have received no replies. In the meantime I did suspend my auto renewal at this point so I am not charged any further. I would really appreciate if someone would get back to me there and let me know what is going and when I will be receiving the orders or when I will be refunded.Initial Complaint

This company site, PInk Lotus elements should be closed down. I have tried to contact them many times. I received expired vitamins last Fall, and asked for a refund, which was never issued. I placed an order with this company on June 20, 2022. The order number is ******. They sent me an expired product. According to the instructions on their website, their business is all online and automated, so the only way to request a return and refund is through their chat. I've been attempting to contact someone through the chat, and I'm still waiting for an answer. I went to their ********* page, and they haven't posted anything since 2020. I left a message there and went to the account of ********, who is the owner of this business, and commented in the last post, tagging her explaining the situation and no response. I pre-ordered a product back (joint peace) in November 2021, as well as some scar cream. The scar cream shipped immediately, however the invoice said the order was "complete" even though the joint peace was not in the order. Sine it was a pre-order I wasn't too concerned. I have reached out to the company multiple times since then to get a status of the shipment or to get a refund, as it has been almost 7 months. I have not heard back from anyone. I have tried the chat function, the email address they provide as well as a phone number I found. All to no avail. I placed an online order on 5/8, and my card was appropriately charged immediately. However, I still haven't gotten any shipping confirmation, no one has responded to my multiple customer service chats (I think they may just go into an unmonitored inbox), and given other complaints I've now seen through BBB, I'm concerned that I'm not going to receive these products (that I've paid for). On 11/01/2021, I placed order #****** on pinklotus************* for $44.68 for 2 jars of amla powder. The two jars arrived shortly thereafter, but each jar contained a solid mass, as if the powder had come into contact with moisture and/or heat and was now rock solid. I tried contacting the company via their online chat on their website and via their ******** page, but there was no response to my numerous attempts. The website said that there was no way to contact the company other than the chat service. I also posted a review, which was obviously not good, on the site, and it still has not been posted. There are only two reviews, both 5 stars (out of 5 possible), so I suspect the company is filtering out all bad reviews. I see in the *** complaints that numerous other customers have had the same problem, and the same happened with my mom's order of amla as well. I also see that they say on the site now that they are currently working on resolving the packaging issue that was causing the problem... so they are fully aware of it and acknowledge responsibility... and yet no one has gotten back to me, and my money was wasted. The product was unusable, and I would like a full refund. This is a company that claims to be helping breast cancer patients. They should be ashamed of themselves.Initial Complaint

Five attempts in past seven days to obtain return shipping label for newly purchased bra to Pink Lotus Elements have gone unanswered. Pink Lotus Elements is strictly virtual, although the website says "Every web page in our store features a pink chat icon in the bottom right corner. After clicking this icon, and depending on the time of day, you can either chat directly with a member of our team or leave a message for us. You can also look up order information (please make sure you are logged in) and find helpful answers to common questions, right from within the chat interface. We aim to return messages within a few hours. However, reply times can be longer for messages left after hours, over the weekend, or during national holidays." I would like to return this item and hope that you can help resolve this issue.
