    I have not been able to use the game Call of Duty as intended for the last 5 months. I can't load online because Activision has banned my account after it was hacked by an unknown user. They (Unknown Hacker) linked their account to mines, when I saw the email sometime later, I immediately unlinked it from my account because I didn't know who it was. Activision refuses to work with me to resolve these issues after constant emails and attempts to have my account restored. Even after telling me, they (Activision) have detected Suspicious activity on my account they refuse to return my account status. This is embarrassing for me to have people think I'm a cheater when I have never cheated in any game ever. I have done nothing wrong I have not shared account info with anyone. I have never given anyone permission to use my account at no time. I really just want my account back but if not that than I would like my money back for all the Call of Duty games I'm not allowed to play.

    My Call Of Duty Account associated with Activision Blizzard was permanently banned for "for unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" after this false ban I have lost total access to Call of duty MW2 and Call of duty MW3, I can not even open the games. I have never cheated in either of these games and upon contacting Activision support and appealing my false ban I was sent a email saying that my ban will not be reversed. I am attempting to have my false ban lifted and access to the games ive spent well over 200 dollars on having their access restored to me

                 I live at a apartment complex with *************************************************************************************************************** correlation with my ban and the fact call of duty ip bans I tested to see if my ban was a ip ban, so I logged into my Husbands Steam account and opened call of duty on the same connection as the one I was banned on, and guess what? he was also permanently banned without ever even playing a single match, If the people reading this at activision support can just please look into my account and his account and see that both were unfairly IP banned because someone else living at my apartment complex was banned I would deeply appreciate it. if my unfair ban were to be removed I would use a new connection to stop this from being a recurring issue on my account.

    A foreign Steam account somehow linked to my Activision account, and it started adding random friends with Asian lettering. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, the unauthorized activity continued. Unfortunately, due to these actions, my account was permanently banned, leaving me unable to access any of my progress or purchased content. I tried to appeal the banned but Activision declined it.

    On 07/31/2024 I had bought draws for the **************** through the in-game store. As it states in the rules for this specific reward board, no item can be obtained twice. Theres 10 rewards you receive within 10 draws with a guarantee of no duplicates. Well i had received 5 back to back duplicates when purchasing draws for this. And I was only compensated the cod points I spent for the first 4 draws i received duplicate rewards for and not the 5th. Second and most importantly, receiving these duplicates that the rules state you have no chance of receiving, ended up conning me out of the actual rewards i was supposed to receive. I would of just bought more draws with the compensated cod points, but, due to how these reward boards/draws work, each time you buy another draw for the board youre interested in, the draw price becomes higher each time you buy another. so the price per draw had become too high for my compensated points to be able to afford because the 5 duplicate reward draws i bought had exponentially raised the price. My issue is the remaining rewards from the **************** should already be mine seeing how i would have gotten those items with the draws I initially paid for if the game hadnt bugged and given me duplicates when it literally says in the rules that its not possible for that to happen. Ive provided screenshots and information to the Activision Customer Support chat that youre required to use in-game if you have any problems and not only have the rewards that I should already own 100% not been given to me. But, it seems like each support agent from Activision is giving me a very generic response, ones that bring up points I have already made to them and other things in general thatd imply theyre not reading my messages to begin with. Theres no arguing whether or not these items are rightfully mine or not, with evidence provided to them by me. They just wont give them or explain why they wont. ********** username is novaroad

    My Activision account got hacked, and because of this my account was banned. I lost access to my games and can't play them. Please try to understand me and my problem.I was playing only on PS5. Never on PC and steam.Someone hacked into my Activision account and linked STEAM account to ******************** account. I saw this after 30 minutes, because I was at work. I logged in, changed password and unlinked that STEAM account. But because of actions of this hacker I received a ban. I tried to appeal a ban, but they refused to help and closed case. I never cheated, never played on PC, never hacked anything. Im playing Call of Duty since 1st game.     Video game has been purchased on Steam. Activision ID is QanKhan#********* am a streamer. I played a few games of ******** Team Deathmatch on 04/08/24 and noticed that I, along with the people I was playing with could not find a lobby. Someone advised to check my account status and it shows that my account is in limited matchmaking.I have not been provided a reason as to why. I continuously receive accusations of hacking or cheating, and can provide log file showing that I am not if necessary (although I believe this is not needed as my gameplay is clear is day). I request that my limited matchmaking status gets removed immediately.Activision's policy on limited matchmaking ("Shadowbanning") needs to be changed. You are able to get shadowbanned purely by being reported a few times from a few people. One match is all it takes for the enemy team to report you more than once each and you get shadowbanned. This needs to be rectified as false mass reports are causing frustrations to many money paying users of the video game. You are allowing someone else to limit one's ability to use a paid product. There needs to be a class action filed against Activision for allowing this as this is not only a lazy implementation of trying to keep the game cheats/hacks free but also possibly the worst way you can achieve this; many people are suffering from the same issue and are not able to contact Activision to address this. Activision also does not address this issue and allows people to continue bending and abusing the rules/systems to prevent the enjoyment of the game for others.Furthermore, not only do you get shadowbanned once, but I have read reports that it increases the likelihood of being shadowbanned again. A few of acquaintances of mine have been in this shadowbanning loop that they have stopped playing altogether as they are only able to play a day before they are mass reported and shadowbanned due to the username (as can only change every 6 months). FIX IT PLEASE

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated in my original complaint, it is unfair to withhold my enjoyment due to actions of others, and your "Security Team" not looking into this sooner. The reason I am on limited matchmaking is not as a result of actions by your Security Team, it is due to being mass reported and your broken and abusable system that puts people in limited matchmaking. Impement a stronger anti-cheat like Riot does and let me play the game I paid almost $100 for. I paid for this service and cannot use it.

    My expectation is for the limited matchmaking to be lifted within 24 hours. If your "Security Team" needs to review, they can do so within this time. 

    It's about time you fix your broken and abusable system. Otherwise I would be happy with a full refund of my purchase.

    I have had my account falsely banned. The reason why I'm banned after my account was compromised I created a 2fa and Unlinked the accounts that were not mine. As per the instructions from Activision on your recovery page. I then created the account recovery but due to the 2Fa l created and unlinking accounts. The account shows that there are no issues other than the Ban. I Need A supervisor to look into this and get the account unbanned please.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been falsely banned once again, I have never cheated on any game in my entire life, activation says that I did. They never even thought to look into my case. All they need to do is look at my stats, what I have and havent unlocked, my recent games etc. I wish this ban will be reversed because I dont wish to take legal action upon this, and not to sure how they said that my account was confirmed to be cheating, I never gave them details to the account

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been doing this for over a month, if I was in fact guilty, I wouldnt be trying this hard, Ive had the one account for this long, spent way to much money just to cheat this is completely unfair and dont plan to spend more money on just a fresh account when mine was banned for no reason. All someone needs to do is look at my account and there will be nothing wrong with it. I will take legal action if need be because it wont be hard to win this case because its not fair to innocent people. Its not the first time Ive even been falsely banned on different games and theyve unbanned me after a month because they actually looked through my account, and you wont even tell me what I did wrong, no warnings. Nothing, just slap in the face with a permanent ban, I did nothing wrong and its stupid, even if you just give me a warning (since you didnt give me any) Ill be happy with it, because guess what, Im innocent. If I need to keep doing this, activision will be getting sued by a 21 year old and lose!
