    On April 6th my Call Of Duty account on "********************** **** was hacked. This account contained hundreds of purchased in-game items as well as having monies in "credits" on the account which act as in game currency purchased with a credit card. The hacked account has been out of my possession for 5 days and Activision Blizzard *** has done nothing to retrieve the account nor address the monies still linked to the account. The attchaed photo is the email I received when some unknown person linked their account to mine with zero of my knowledge and has retained access to the account and credits.

    During the investigation, unfortunately, we were able to confirm that the account mentioned was deleted before your Account Recovery request was submitted. The deletion request was submitted and processed through the Privacy and Data Protection website.  In compliance with privacy and data protection laws, once an account and personal information are permanently deleted through this process, it cannot be reversed.
     
    I understand this may not be the news you wanted to hear. If you did not submit the delete request via the Privacy and Data Protection website, someone else had access to your account details. Therefore, we recommend updating the password on the email account you used on your Activision account.     I am rejecting this response because:

    There has to be something more that can be done. I did not initiat the deletion of my own account, and I filed the account recovery request the very same day. So how did they gain access to my account, submit a form to have it deleted, and Activition proccesed that request all within the time frame of myself requesting a account recovery form. They gained access to my account at 5:04AM and I did not receive the email until 1:04PM.  Aside from that I had countless hours and money spent on that account with COD points still active. Some type of compensation needs to happen on my new account. I had every Mw3 and Mw2 gun maxed level and had unlocked the interstellar camo. This isn't right that someone can just gain access to my account and wipe all of my progress and Activision can't do anything about it. My current Activision name is *******************#*******. I would like some more information on who proceed the request to delete the account and where it was logged from. There has to be some record of who did this. Hackers should not have more privacy than the people they are hacking. If I was some big name streamer this would have already been dealt with and rules would have been bent backwards to fix the issue. To whoever's reading this I am just asking to please help in anyway in your capacity other than just the generic customer support reply back that it's unfortunate and nothing can be done. I am just asking for some further help if this case could be passed on to a hire up or if someone could credit my now bare bones account with the skins and weapon levels I lost. I can provide proof of what level or send videos I recorded on xbox with interstellar camo that I grinded 2 weeks for. All I'm asking for is help.     Yesterday 09/04/2024 Call Of Duty MW3 was on sale in battle net so i decided to buy it , played for an hour or two maybe and then I entered a game full of cheaters my internet ping is 200+ the game is unplayable and its disgusting that after a buy the game this thing happens the name of it is (shadowbanned) and the company policies says that its because a potential violation , but me I played like an average player on the game and got this false banned , tried to contact them and got no response , in my lifetime i paid this company around 700$ on games and in-game currency and these is what i got (the game is really unplayable and Im sure im not the only disgust customer of this company . ******************** Id: Improghost#******* Account E-mail address: ************************* If this continues like that im gonna contact my international lawyer and i really hope this gets solved and i can play peacefully

    I am rejecting this response because: i was wrongfully banned due to a invite caused by a friend that got me in trouble thinking i was joining a public rank match i been playing since 2020 on console for 4 years not using no software i have two factor authentication on a disabled email so how can somebody even use my account to use a unlock tool ? & thats why im trying to explain what happened when i joined that lobby this was a thing before when you killed a hacker and it gave u every camo in the game this similar occasion happened to me and i couldn't do nothing about it , This game keeps my mind off the problems i have in real life i will be grateful if the banned was reverted if anything i could do to try to support to company i will

    Their anti cheat banned my account for things that didnt happen I havent used the account in almost a week my email and Xbox and other accounts were all hacked and they are trying to pin in on me when why would I do anything that would cause me to lose hundreds of dollars?!

    When playing ranked versus pro players from OpTic Texas, they reported me and had my account instantly placed under 'Limited Matchmaking', preventing me from having full access to play the game I paid for. I read Activision Terms and have not broken any rules however they still place me into game lobbies with cheaters and I cannot play the game modes I paid for. I was false 'shadow banned' under the impression I was breaking game rules that I was not. Now I have limited access to the titles Call of Duty Modern Warfare III, Warzone, and Modern Warfare II.     Activision account was permanently banned on the following games: Modern Warfare III Modern Warfare Warzone Modern Warfare II My Activision account was hacked into, and as a result, I was falsely banned. I have spent hundreds of dollars on both games, including in-game purchases. I submitted an appeal to Activision and was told that the ban was finalized. Hundreds, if not thousands of other players have been wrongfully perma-banned due to their Activision account being hacked into and used by someone who then installs cheats and unlock tools on their account. The anti-cheat software is doing its job, but as a result their account is banned due to no fault of their own. This is what happened to me. I am concerned about their account privacy and security and how the software fails to protect many users from having their accounts getting hacked into. I have gotten only automated responses via email from Activision, and no real response to resolve this matter. I would like to request a refund for every in-game purchase across both games, and the games themselves. This is a widespread issue happening with the new Ricochet Anti-Cheat software where countless other players are getting their accounts permanently banned from the games.

    Spent a lot of money through this business buying the bundles they put out in their store only to get permanently banned on the game. Started buying stuff back in 2021 - 22, would like a full refund of every bundle Ive bought.Doesnt make sense they get to keep my money and I cant even have my account back.
