Spent money on both the game and on in game purchases. Played cod for around 10 years and have never encountered any problems until now. Flawed anticheat all based on reports got me shadow banned (limited matchmaking). They reviewed my account and made the decision that I wasnt cheating. Ive already gotten ** and had to wait 1 week for the account review. The account was reviewed and I was found not guilty and the ** was lifted. 5 games and Im ** again. I cant play the game that I put massive amounts of money on because your ban system is based on player reports and not detection. Your anticheat is flawed.

I purchased this game for enjoyment with friends all over. Over the last 2-3 months, I've been suspected of cheating on a multiplayer platform and continuously get placed in a shadow-banned lobby that consists of players who abuse hacks for pleasure and skilled dedicated players who seek to master their craft. Furthermore, these lobbies take up to 7 business days to resolve and this has been the 6th time I've been accused of these accusations. I do not support the hacking community.Business Response

So after spending money to play the game and to stream it openly for all of my viewers which is my main job, I am somehow shadow banned on the game without any sort of penalty being openly enforced. I have sent them copies of personal diagnostic files and computer info as well as uploading videos for them of the issues that they requested me do and submitting over 6 different tickets for submission to fix the issue. This is an on going issue because the lack of support or contact by Activision support not only through there online ticket system but also by the actually in game reports as well. According to findings and collected data on the internet proven time and time again the enforcement and punishments on an account are handled strictly by **** from a basis of player based reports. ONLY after the **** that they call ricochet being an anticheat flags and says it needs further moderation does a third party indonesian company evaluate the information of the account and individual but also monitors the network and hardware traffic while requesting more data such as FULL hardware images and MSINFO files. This is not only concerning but an eye opener I would love to talk more in depth about if anybody is interested in covering and holding this billion dollar company accountable. Especially after being acquired by ********* in Billion dollar deal. This isin't even accounting for the poor server optimization and lack of upgrades due to the lack or respect for players.Business Response

it is to say the least, frustrating as a member of COD community to have any resolve to cases that are made as "bans" with no clear guidelines. or clear talks from the support team. not to mention the heaps and hoops that you need to do just to a get a word from them. if you got any at all. now that my tantrum is out of the way. I'm dissatisfied with the product MW3 the game, and the warzone. I've been falsely banned multiple times. running the same software and hardware I've always used and approved by their other games. and other games in general. I have lost my progression in game and all the things in it. and now on my new accounts I've been falsely shadowbanned which means they put me against hackers? with no way of resolving that or getting a word from them. and the moment anyone sends reports due to their lack of manpower and poor anti cheat system everyone is flagged? -losing my progression and lots of ingame items -poor support from their end and in some cases they don't have an answer for a specific problems -unable to receive emails from them due to some unknown problem from their end. which locks me from verifying a specific account. - all these problems are common problems within the community that even go as far as hitting small streamers and influencers who are just good at the game. while some of the big ones can blatantly use some of those exploits or hacks.Business Response

Wait please help me understand so basically im put under review to not even be reviewed? Then me thinking its over trys and play again and this happens again and again for the last 2 months so I havent been able to enjoy this game since I brought Ive had this account since ********* honestly 2mos is not enough time to investigate my account? Its starting to feel like Im being scammed out my money at this point. Im not a rule breaker but ** beating treated as such this totally unprofessional. I believe I deserve to be treated like a normal gamer that enjoys fps not sum clown that doesnt enjoy the integrity of the game but 2mos of under review and you guys arent even reviewing is insane everyone knows its from someone spam reporting u and yet theirs no fix

Activisions products are getting worse by the week, literally. They make patches they claim are to fix problems, but they only succeeded in creating more issues AND taking things away. They charge 100$ or more for these games, and yet you get less than ever.There digital mostly, so you don't even get the book and artwork you USED to get.. but more importantly... The quality... You need to play to understand what I am saying, but there are items you can only use once every 2 or 3 REAL TIME DAYS, and you craft this stuff planning on a big mission, got friends and all...You go in, you GOLD ARMOR, which refills your armor automatic, flickers and don't work AT ALL.You bring in 2 legendary tools, and CRYSTALS, which took you multiple days to save up 2... Your AETHER BLADE, DOG BONE, so by the time you go in you've got almost a week invested in this...You load in, and the s*** freezes, and kicks EVERYONE. It's NOT on my end if it kicks the whole team, and then we have all lost all our gear.And they get to charge us so much for this??? Why is the government NOT stepping in? You can't sell a product that doesn't work, and then keep raising the price. If an authority figure doesn't step in, it's only a matter of time before some one crazy does something because they feel that no one is listening, and no justice is being done, and they will get their own justice. The difference in quality of a cod game like WW2, from 2018 and mw3, from 2023 is ridiculous. Why does an older game look better, work better? Maybe who is in charge NOW, is doing something wrong, maybe even illegal. They certainly are not putting their effort and time, and OUR MONEY into the game, or it would be better. My Activision account has been placed in a limited matchmaking status for the second time in a short period. The first time was on February 17th. I couldn't play for a week even though I did nothing wrong. The so-called 'shadowban' was lifted on February 24th.After playing for a few days, I am once again removed from the game during a Warzone match. What's the issue? I have been placed in the limited matchmaking status again and therefore cannot play. I am being prevented from playing a game for which I paid 70 euros. Outrageous!There is no way to contact Activision. The 'ban appeal' process is sealed shut and automated. I am completely fed up with the standard responses like: you have to wait until we have checked your account, etc. I am not a cheater, so I am sure that I am getting a shadowban because other players are reporting me. I am rejecting this response because:This is the most generic response ever! They havent put any effort in it. Everything that is stated, I allready knew. I know that im in this state and that theres a chance that the account will be cleared. I know it will because I dont cheat. But I keep on getting in this state because Im being reported by people who cant take a loss. I have to wait a minimum of 7 days, during which I cant, play each time! Just to be cleared again. Those weeks are stacking up while I paid for the game and each season I pay money for seasonal content. Its just outrageous that the game is swarmed by hackers and that legit players like myself cant play because of mass reports. Shame on you Activision.
