    I've got activison Id i tried updating my username to CuL which my name is ****** my last name that is and it wouldn't let me said inappropriate however i put a** and it would let me I did not save this however i seen i had old address so i updated now my activison id is a** i want this changing to CuL or CuLL preferable 1st one im so angry I don't want the gamertag a** is offensive downgrading and stupid cant have my **** name but i can have ass!

    I have been playing call of duty warzone for 4 years now and have bought many things from them. Recentley within the last 2 months I have had an issue where I get shadow banned all the time. I dont cheat and have never cheated and I have donated so much of my time and momey to this game. This is very frustrating as I enjoy playing this game but can only play around 2 games before I get shadow banned for another week again.

    I have been shadowed. 5 times this cod while playing for no reason and I have spent a lot of money and time into this game. I dont cheat and you guys know it. I should be whitelisted because I dont use any malicious software on the game. I really enjoy playing this game and it pains me to not be able to do that because of these limited matchmakings.

    I bought Call of Duty black ops cold war but i got banned without even entering the game. i got banned for manipulation of game data.the support team wouldn't give any further information about how and why.it's my legal right to know why i got falsely banned for a game i payed money for. or else that would be scamming and fraudulent activity.I have no problem in taking this corporation to court and i have an attorney. i requested either an immediate refund or unbanning my account and computer hardware id.

    Good afternoon,I purchased COD MWIII on 11/11/2023. I have been a regular player of the game and, on 2/21/2024, got suspended from it for no reason. I have attempted to contact the customer service team through several avenues and have not gotten an answer - there are not many options to contact the customer service team. I believe this is unfair treatment, as I am not allowed to defend myself and now am not able to play the game I purchased.     Can you provide me with more details about your issue?

    -I was playing BR mode trios on Wednesday 2/21/2024 at around 8PM and got a message mid-match stating "player kicked". I didn't think anything of it, as I thought my internet went down and kept waiting so I could connect for the following match. I attempted connecting and could not do so, so I tried the next day and couldn't either. I started doing some research and that's how I managed to get to the conclusion that my account was temporarily banned. I did as much research as I could as to what could have caused it, but I only install games on my PC (I can provide list if needed), so I am not sure of what caused this, but I can assure I did not break any rules.


    If you have created a support ticket on Activision's website, please send me the ticket number.

    I attempted creating a support ticket through Activision but, according to the appeal ban site, I was not eligible to appeal. Therefore, I was not able to create a ticket.

    I no longer have access to the email on my Activision account.     MW3 is unplayable, and is not what was advertised in its current stated. I cannot find a game without a cheater due to me wrongfully being placed on a shadow ban. This is a feature meant for people using external software for competitive advantage but I am only and have only used the game on a controller with no other aid.Doing nothing against the terms and service resulting in this punishment I am simply requesting for this issued to be resolved or to be refunded for the game and the blackcell. I only am requesting such do to the game being unplayable do to the extreme amounts of cheating in the shadow banned lobbies. My actvision id is ArdynLifts#*******

    I've been playing mw3 on my ps5 and recently got a pc. I bought the game again on Battle net and went to log in to my activision account. It said I had to enter an authentication code from my app, which there is no record of in my authentication app, nor in my emails. Now I have spent alot of time and money into this game and I do not want to have to start again. I can provide proof it is my account, just need to be able to get back into it so I can play again.

    I have not played call of duty in over a year. I bought and downloaded the most recent one, and upon signing in to play, I was told that I was permanently banned from activision due to unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. Im not sure what this means or why I was banned. I tried to appeal stating that Ive only ever played on Xbox and have not manipulated any game data (my stats are a clear indicator that I have not cheated).I have played every call of duty that has ever come out and have spent hundreds of dollars over the last 21 years all to be banned for an act I have not committed.And the company will not answer the phone, or provide any other form of communication
