      I recently purchased a Playstation 5 and the new Call of Duty. When I started up the game, my Playstation Account was linked to my old college email from 10 years ago that I no longer have access to (************). I've tried every solution to unlink my account or update the email address but it says that "a verification link will be sent to ************", which I obviously can't get to anymore. When I go to the Activision support page, there is a link for steps to fix this but even so, it still sends a verification link to my old email. I have no way of updating my email. My PS ID is **************. I would like my email to be changed to ************************ There is quite literally no way to reach customer support about this. When you call their offices and ask for customer services, it directs you to the website. When you ask to speak to the operator during business hours, it says your call cannot be transferred and hangs up. There is no email or way to submit a ticket about this. I found a round about way to submit a written ticket and that was to select an issue that was unrelated to mine. At that point, I sent in the ticket on 11/2 and heard back from Roger on 11/4. I replied with the information he asked for but have not heard back since. Please help. I've attached a screenshot of the case # and details. I have never come across a company with no way to reach customer service.

      Hello I pre-order MW2 in was falsely banned playing on a ps4 and never been banned before. Can still play other cods and even the mobile version also says banned from them. Like a refund or help getting account unbanned.

      I have purchased multiple games from Activision that consistently don't work or crash constantly. They consistently release paid applications that are unfinished and do not go through proper quality control measures.

      My Activision account was hacked and I lost all of my in game progress. I had to create a new account to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. I have sent in multiple requests to recover my account, as everything has reset in the game and I have to restart from the beginning after putting in countless hours in. I have received no email responses nor follow ups. My current account under the email ******************** has my play station network connected, where my old account with email ********************** had my progress saved. These need to be restored as I am missing everything in game I have earned.

If you can send them the message back stating that the compromised Activision ID is: ****************** When I tried logging in with my normal email and password I was unable to, where I then tried signing in with PSN and I got access. After I found out my account was hacked and when logging in with my PSN account, I was able to get into my Activision account and unlink my PSN account. Then I made a temporary Activision account( ******************) I was able to link my PSN account but then I found everything was reset as if I've never touched the game. I then was able to get back into the hacked account and remove the hackers email and information, as well as turn on 2FA with my correct email and information. I have all the login info for the now in hacked account as well as my temporary account. My main account is now technically unhacked as I changed my email/password and set up 2FA. There is no problem for me getting into the account, I am only unable to link my PSN back to my main account as I had to make a temporary account. If you can switch my PSN back over to my main account so I get all my progress back, that would be great, as I haven't been able to enjoy the game for almost 2 weeks now.       Hello, I'm contacting regarding the email address linked on my Activision account. My Activision ID is *********************** The email linked to the email address is NOT in use, nor does it exist. I simply can't log in as the email is not real, I'm not sure what has happened. However, it is asking me to verify it, and I can't change it as it sends a code to the email. I can't do anything on the account anymore as it all requires a code to the email. However, I can't access the email. I can use the game on my Xbox and access my Activision information on the website, however it's preventing me editing vital information and playing on other platforms. Please allow me the ability to change the email, I can provide all relevant information and photos of the account to prove my ownership. This is just beyond silly

      I requested assistance from Activision support in November 1. They said it could be up to 4 days so I waited. It's almost been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing from them. All I need from them is to unlinked my Xbox account amd delink another. I used the wrong email when trying to re link. I now have my little brothers Xbox account linked and it won't let me unlink them. I need the Xbox account *************** unlinked and the Xbox account************* re linked to the Activision account************* (*********************). I have had my Activision account linked to************* for like 10+ years. This should be easy to verify. This is ridiculous for how much money we spend on call of duty to have such poor customer support

      tried to log into my activision acc but was unable to because the email that i used to sign in hade been changed only by one character i even tried the make a matching email to try to recover the acc and fix the email but that didn't work

      Hello, I also received a random permanent ban on my steam account from the Morden warfare beta with the code "CASERMA RHINO". I sent a request to have it reviewed and received an automatic decline claiming I was using unauthorised software and manipulation of game data. I have never used cheats or any other software, or been banned from another game. I now have a ban on my steam profile and I can't even get a refund on the game due to the ban. If they spent time to actually look into the ban they would see I did nothing wrong, I was clearly not cheating with my terrible K.D and the ban was given the day after I played with only 2.4 hours playtime.

      I purchased the new Call of Duty game on October 28th. I've tried logging into my Activision Account but do not have access to the Two Factor Authentication (that I do not recall setting up) from when I originally created the account. I've created MULTIPLE support tickets and have even been contacted by email from Activision Support, but I have received no responses since I last replied to an email from "Rowee B" over 10 days ago who said he would be "awaiting my response". My online cases were updated, but when I try to view "My Cases" on their website, the only option - even if the case says it was updated - is to CLOSE THE CASE. If I download the conversation details there is no information! I've tried calling their support line. It only redirects to the Online Support (which is broken.) I want to use the same Activision Account I have had since 2008 that is linked to the same email that I have used. In the supporting documents, I have provided my Activision Account, linked Battle Net Account, and Steam Account that was used to purchase the game. I also included pictures of the support issue with the website.
