    Have the game modern warfare that was purchased from last year, was playing and due to the amount of rage reporting my game has been put on a temporary shaddow ban for no reason. I bought this game to play it and because the system is broken I am now not allowed to even play the game that I have purchased. I am not willing to wait 2-3 weeks for the stystem to deem my innocent for just playing the game It is unjust why this should be happening to me and many others who have paid money to activision for them to have such a bad system in place that punishes people for simply playing their game that they have purchased.

    I really hope you let me use my account again, veacuse i am not a cheats player.

    I never cheated in my life and my account got flagged by salty players who lost to me. I was flagged and "under review" for a week now during my christmas break unable to play with my friends. Your anti cheat system is completely garbage and is abused by people who just spam report anybody who is better than them This is an absolute JOKE. I did nothing wrong and I cannot play the game!!     My account was permanently banned. On June 11th, 2023 at 9:57am PDT, I received an email telling me a Battlenet account was linked to my activision account. I do not use battle net, as I play on PS5, so my PSN account was linked. The battlenet account name was InkyBear#*****. Within 2 hours of that email, at 11:20am PDT, I immediately unlinked the battlenet account, and within 3 minutes of unlinking that account, at 11:23am PDT, I changed my password for the activision account. I have email proofs that are ************* stamped for my claims above. in August of 2023, I found out I was banned, and immediately submitted an appeal. On August 26th, 2023 at 11:22pm PDT, I received an email from activision support stating that my ban will not be overturned because I was the holder of the activision account that was used. I also have proof of these emails. I then submitted a support ticket for an account recovery request, case number *********, hoping to plead my case and prove there was unauthorized use of my account, but was told "We are unable to process your request (Case Number *********) because your issue is not related to the purpose of the form." I clearly was not the owner of the battlenet account InkyBear#*****. All I wish for is to have my account rightfully unbanned, as I did not break and Terms of service while playing, and I quite enjoyed playing this game with friends. Should they need proof of these emails, I am willing to talk to send these emails to them.

I tried to do it again after receiving your response, but all I received was an error message on the website stating "Our system is currently unable to process account recovery requests. Please try again later". It said the same error message last night, before lodging my complaint here.

    Hello Activision, I lost access to my email that was associated with my Activision account and I can't change it because the only means of doing so is by sending a code to the email that I no longer have access to. I have sent emails and submitted a ticket in Activision and numerous days later have gotten no response. I am capable of proving that this account is mine because I have access to the Xbox account that is linked to my Activision account.     I lost access to my activision accounts email ****************** about a month or two ago (disabled/deactivated) and have been trying to contact activision ever since to help change my email but they never respond or I dont get any help. This is very frustrating as this means I cant make any changes or anything of the sort to my activision account. I have tried reaching out to them directly but they always just dont answer. I have full proof that I am the owner of the account as well as live gameplay of me playing on it on my twitch which is yozeonn. I have access to the battle net and the account just not the email so I cant make any changes and im seeking help to change my email for activision which is why im reaching out through BBB.
