    I appear to be shadowbanned, and am not given any update on when, or how it will be lifted. It is very discerning when I paid almost $70 for the game and am not even able to receive updates as to why, or especially when I will be un-banned. *Note I was not, an ***have never*** cheated in this game. The reporting process or "AI" anti-cheat needs to be updated to innocent until proven guilty. It is really ruining the gaming experience when the only lobbies I can get into are lobbies full of actual cheaters, that are somehow still allowed to actually play the game.

    More Details: My account says its under review, but I have never cheated/spammed/used profanity, so I want to be not under review for bogus reporting on someone else's account. It should be innocent until proven guilty, because I have spent $70 on this game, and from the looks of this, it usually does not happen only once to people, and I would like to actually play the game I paid for. Not just be put into other hacker lobbies, and not be able to play with other friends.

    12/2/2023 - Activision Blizzard has banned my Call of Duty account for no reason and I would like to appeal my ban but they have not contacted me back no matter how many times I try to email/chat with them. I would like to unban my account as I have been accused of cheating but it is not true.

I also am unhappy about the fact that it could take weeks to unban my account and they dont give a timeframe so I wont be able to play for a while.     I have purchased call of duty games for over 10 years so my wife and I can play ******** split screen mode. After purchasing this new call of duty there is no option for ******** split screen, just solo play. They should list on the game somewhere that you cant play this option. Call of duty response is to buy a second console and game to play this even though *** always played ******** splitscreen on one console, they should have to release a splitscreen option since they never said you cant anymore with new games. You can play core mode in splitscreen as usual but all of a sudden you cant play the ******** mode in splitscreen and thats all we play. Lots of complaints out there about this and they should have to resolve this. I will never purchase a new call of duty along with all my friends that play this game. I saw a poll where over ****** people wont purchase the game for this reason. They would be able to fix all this by just making ******** splitscreen an option as it always has been with the purchase of only 1 game and 1 console. This should be illegal.

    I was wrongfully banned from call of duty Modern Warfare II. I play on PC and just got a new laptop. After about a week of playing on my new device I cannot find a match.     I am rejecting this response because:

    While you technically allow players to continue playing while you review their accounts, matchmaking can take ***** minutes, rendering the game effectively unplayable. If you are going to review flagged players either way, you should continue to allow them to continue to play normally while they are being reviewed. Up until this point, call of duty players have continued to play your games despite the quality lowering with each release. Between your disastrously awful MWIII campaign launch, continued issues with skill based matchmaking in multiplayer, and your lackluster zombies mode, even the most devout COD fans are losing interest. I personally was unhappy with the content offered in MWIII, but I was considering buying it if it went on sale for a decent price. Unless this issue is resolved in a VERY timely manner I will join those COD fans who can no longer put up with your companies anti-consumer practices. I know my $70 is not even a drop in the bucket to your massive company, but I am not alone. I have seen major content creators disavow call of duty. I have seen the same sentiments in forum posts with hundreds or thousands of comments in agreement. I know many of these same content creators have been shadow banned with their accounts eventually restored. Why are you further alienating your loyal fan base with these terrible practices? My anger and my money will not make a difference to you, but your fan base is losing their patience. Tread carefully.

    The activision account linked with this mail ******************************** is currently linked with my PSN account and I am unable to unlink it due to the fact I dont have access to this gmail account.
