    The email associated with my account was deleted because it was compromised so I dont have access anymore to said email. It is ridiculous to deny access to an account because of not being able to verify an old email and I have opened multiple cases stating that I can prove ownership and they have completely pushed me to the side essentially saying too bad. So now because of this negligence my information associated with the account is now at risk of being compromised because of the email being compromised in a scam because of their refusal to accept any other form of security verification.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have already tried that twice and both times the staff closed the cases without giving me a fair chance to respond. That is what the screenshots from the first message showed. The account username is ************** and I was ready to show various other methods of proving my ownership of the account but unfortunately I was not given a fair chance to do so. This is a serious problem because the type of scam said email was compromised in involved money and I had to delete the email because the scammer had already seen it so what Im saying is if Im unable to change the email on my account then not only is my activision account at risk of being compromised but so is my Xbox live profile since it is linked to it. Hope you understand all of this.

    I have opened numerous cases/support tickets and every single one of them was closed down with the same copy and paste reply of because you cant access the email we cant help you without giving me any fair chance to answer back. I have even spoken to a ********* support employee and they have told me that once a live.com email is deleted it cannot be recovered so it has to be changed on your end. It isnt right at all to essentially lock somebodys account settings because they had to delete the address associated with it because a scammer had seen the address.

    Hello BBB I have got spam UNDER REVIEWS in MWII on my Activision account this is not normal . I'm a normal player I just want to enjoy this game. I think I'm in black list ,so they killing me inside. And Activision they give streamers in twitch stream proof (white list). Please BBB help me to fix my problem.     Hello. Yesterday I went on call of duty mw2 to find out I've been permanently banned with no explanation anywhere to be seen. I filled an appeal but because I have nonidea why I.coupdky really speak on it. I go on.there with mates to better my mental health Friday and Saturdays ****** now unable to help myself. They replied and said I've been banned for unauthorised software and game data manipulation. Like.what the h*** is that. I've spent hard earned money on this game and countless hours for progress and to better my mental. They haven't gave me any chance to speak about it I can't appeal again and cannot contact them in anyway. I think it's disgusting because I haven't done.anything and deserve more.     I was shadow banned after their anti-cheat incorrectly flagged the ** Omen RGB Keyboard Lighting Controller that is installed by default on all new ** Omen gaming laptops and desktops. After running Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and playing one single game, I am unable to join any lobbies and have to wait over an hour only to never be connected. If you can get into a lobby all, the other players are using hacking tools and cheats or AI driven bots. I have a **** K/D in multiplayer and a **** K/D in Warzone there is no possible logical way at all in any capacity that I'm making a concerted effort at cheating to win games. I have received no information informing me of any transgression or breaking of the **** in regards to behavior, sportsmanship, cheating, or violations of the code of conduct. I have received no communication in regards to anything at all. I've paid for skins and blueprints and now things I've paid for I can no longer use. I can't spend time with friends and family from different corners of the globe anymore.

    On July 14, 2023, my warzone 2 account has been permanently suspended for the reason that I use improper software and data manipulation.     it is to say the least, frustrating as a member of COD community to have any resolve to cases that are made as "bans" with no clear guidelines. or clear talks from the support team. not to mention the heaps and hoops that you need to do just to a get a word from them. if you got any at all. now that my tantrum is out of the way. I'm dissatisfied with the product MW2 the game, and the warzone. I've been falsely banned multiple times. running the same software and hardware I've always used and approved by their other games. and other games in general. I have been suspended and my progression suspended in game and all the things in it. and now they have been falsely shadowbanned me with no reason which means they put me against hackers? with no way of resolving that or getting a word from them. and the moment anyone sends reports due to their lack of manpower and poor anti cheat system everyone is flagged? -losing my progression and lots of in-game items -poor support from their end and in some cases they don't have an answer for a specific problems -unable to receive emails from them due to some unknown problem from their end. which locks me from verifying a specific account. - all these problems are common problems within the community that even go as far as hitting small streamers and influencers who are just good at the game. while some of the big ones can blatantly use some of those exploits or hacks

    On July 8th of 2023 I received a shadowban on Modern Warfare II after being mass reported by the other team during a Search and Destroy match. I decided to wait out the week just to let the review process run it's course. The day after the shadowban was lifted (July 14th of 2023) I decided to play some since the new mid season shotgun was released. After four games I was disconnected mid match and checked my account status and found I was shadowbanned again within 24 hours after having my account review. Based off what I've read online there's no way to expedite this process. If there is I'd gladly give whatever I needed to prove my accounts legitimacy. What I'd like to know is what I could do to not be flagged as often. This is my third time and I'm really hoping there's something I could do to stop this from happening. Thank you for your time.
