My account with activation for mw2 is "in review" and i am currently only getting shadow ban lobbies or can't find a match at all. I don't use any cheating/hacking systems. The only possible third party thing that I don't know how to Turin off is razor synapse but I play on PC through battle net. I paid $75 for this game and I am at the point now where I can't even play it. I have not violated their policies yet I am stuck in review with no way to contact them. I they won't unshadow ban my account, I at least want a refund for this game. Additional: I have a razor keyboard and corsair mouse with a x2 ******* monitor setup. I am rejecting this response because:It has been over two weeks and I am still under review. I am not using any third party services during the game to boost my play or anything similar. I am not cheating/hacking and I have been unable to find lobbies and play this $70 game because they have me stuck in this review. I can't find any information to get in contact with them to appeal this since its not finalized or to expedite this process. If you reached back out to activation to possibly speed up my review then it would be appreciated.

I was wrongfully reported numerous times which led to me getting my account shadow banned in Warzone 2 on 6/8/23. A wrong fully accused player is unsually only banned for no more then a weeks time. It has been over a week now with no explanation why. There is no other way to get intouch with Activison. I play the game fair and spent a good ampount of money and time with this game and would only like to continue to enjoy it for what it is. This is a very frustrationg matter since I am only able to play with other people who are actually cheating. I would like to be un shadow banned asap please. Hello there. My activision account is stuck in an infinite shadowban loop. I have been shadowbanned over 38X times. I am unable to progess in the game or play a full day without being reshadowbanned for another 2-3 days and I cannot appeal the ban or contact them. There is nothing I can do about it. This company is stealing my money because as I am unable to play the game and access the content I paid for. On Warzone 2.0 I have spent over 200$ In game content and just paid 30$ yesterday on the new blackcell bundle. I cannot access the content I paid for. There is no way to get in contact with activision for the false shadowbans as I have emailed their support team with no response. I also stream full-time on Twitch and this is also affecting my streaming hours and rate of pay for the content I create. Please let me know if there is a way that I can prevent getting shadowbans in the future with as it is happening very frequently and affecting my streaming career. I am rejecting this response because: I was literally under review the whole week before I made this complaint. Activision lifted the review with no infractions detected and then I got to play 4 games and got hit with another review. The system is broken and is forcing innocent players to be under review and play in high ping with no way of finding matches because you are forced into lobbies with other accounts under review.

my activison account has been getting false reported and i have been getting put under review for the past 3 months. I have spent over ****+ hours on warzone and spent alot of money. I cant play on my account for even a couple games before someone false reports and spam reports me in the game and then it gets put under review. I always get put under review and they review it and i alwyas get cleared . Then couple days later , i get cleared , i play a little and have a good game and i get false reported and my account get put on review again. I have friends that are "content creators" and they have reached out and has had there account fixed and cleared. I think my account may be flagged or something in that resort. I just need to be cleared and not be in this loop. It only takes one person to report me and i get put under review with no question.
