    I have been shadow banned since 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023 and don't understand why. I have not cheated, used voice coms (so I know its not a communication issue), or have not participated in any wrongful activities. Cheating ruins the game for me and I don't understand why I have been banned. I have been playing COD since before multiplayer has been a thing, I have never had an issue with anything until this year. I just don't understand why I cannot contact anyone in regards to this issue. It stops me from playing ranked when I'm diamond, stops me from playing warzone, and stops me from being able to progress towards challenges. I'm infuriated as I have lost the ability to play on my account, that I didn't just buy the game on one platform, but on two since I just got a PC.

    ********* has suddenly decided that they are allowed to ban accounts of non cheating players without any response or any support options. This is now the third time I have been illegitimately "shadow-banned" as it is called where my account is put under review by activision for prolonged periods of time. Prior to my third ban, every other respective ban was resolved and reviewed as I am neither cheating nor have I ever violated Activison-Blizzards **** or Privacy Policy. *********, however, has violated their own agreements both in this case and countless others. All i want is for my account to get removed from review and for this to stop happening to my account. This is ridiculous as Activison not only bans you and puts you under review, but they refuse to give you a timeline and then refuse to be contacting in any manner. They have removed support phone nubmers, support emails, all in an attempt to ignore their own paying customers. This is illegal in every way imaginable. What I want is for my account to be unbanned and never to be banned again unless there is some real substantial proof that I have been cheating and not just your system being blatantly abused.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been "shadow" banned numerous times and each time I am found not guilty of cheating, boosting or anything that can result in me reaching a ban for breaking game rules. I cannot enjoy the hundreds of dollars I have spent to play this game including in game content and the game itself. I am getting spam/mass reported for putting time and effort into this game to be the best I can be and just because I "kill" someone in game that is not of my skill level doesn't mean I should be punished to shadow lobbies where Activision sends the real hackers and cheaters. I stream my games on twitch as "orkakills" and it is more than obvious I am not cheating in any way whatsoever. I do not want to be shadow banned any longer for being decent at this game. I know big streamers and content creators such as *****, Swag, ****** and many others who never get shadow banned or banned and get reported numerous times a session. I am sick of being forced to play against cheaters when I have done NOTHING against the company's Policy. Mass reporting needs to stop because people are so toxic that when they lose the game the better player(s) get reported because they know as long as all of them spam report the better player(s) will get kicked from the game and put in shadow lobbies while the company reviews the allegations. I personally want it to stop or I would like to be reimbursed the entirety of my money I have spent in the store because it is frustrating and almost unplayable in shadow lobbies, so I can go forth and no longer play this game. Its wrong and if further action be required I will reach out to a lawyer because I never break any rules regarding the game call of duty to receive a review on my account. I was shadowed for 7 days this last time and only 3 days of being clear I received another shadow ban.

If that would be the case, all you need to do is link your BattleNet or Steam account to the ******************** account where your progression is. If ever your BattleNet account or Steam account is currently linked to a different Activision account, then you need to unlink it from that account first then link it to your original Activision account.

    I got kicked out of a game of resurgence on 2 June, 2023. I tried playing afterwards and it was taking forever to get into lobbies and when I did get in there were mostly cheaters in the lobby. I checked the support.activision.com and found out my account is under review. This is the second time it has happened to me in a month! I'm assuming I'm getting shadow banned because people are rage reporting me for killing them. I'm not disrespectful in the game, I don't use cheats, and I HAVE PAID REAL MONEY for this experience. Can someone please explain to me what is happening that is getting me shadow banned???
