I have submitted multiple tickets to Activision to have a hacked account either recovered or removed from my ********* account so I could create a new one and continue playing. I have not heard back a single time from the company and I find myself still spending money with them. I lost access to my account years ago and filed an original ticket roughly around 2020. I never heard back from them and eventually just deleted the games. I recently purchase the new black ops 6 and found the hacked account still linked to my Xbox account. Because I do not have access to log in I cannot remove it. I have filed two more tickets with Activision to either have my original account recovered or removed from my Xbox account. i have been playing cod since i was young but just up until recently have i not had as much fun for reason number 1 being: I get "limited matchmaking" also known as a shadowban every year a new Call Of Duty has come out since Mordern Warfare 2019, i do not cheat, abuse glitches or even script like a lot of people do and im penalized by the reporting system in the game because people do not like how good i am and they continnue to report me to try and get me shadowbanned. i could go into more detail but activision already knows its a issue yet for account thats played for years and have a high trust factor i am still being targeted. i just want to play the game normally with my friends and not have to be penalized for being good at the game. reason 2. I am writing thiscomplaint in regards to (Case Number *********) because your support system has failed me. I have sent 8 emails, and have gotten automated responses, or outdated suggestions. A while back my email got hacked, and I lost access to all of my accounts associated with this email. After creating a new email and changing passwords on all of my accounts, it appears I forgot about my activision or ********** account. When I loaded up an activision game for the first time in several years, I have come to find I am banned on multiple call of duties, including black ops 6 and others I have never owned or played in my life. I have an unknown username on my ********** account that is linked with my activision, so I believe this is the problem/why I was banned. I tried to remove it, but it says it cannot be removed. The email is still the same as my actual ********** account "************#****", but is under the name "Ace#******". My ban appeal was rejected, which makes no sense to me because I have never hacked, cheated, or even been rude online in a cod game EVER. I purchased almost all prior Call of Duty games over the years, which stopped with the release of Modern Warfare 3 (2023) because the formerly perfectly functioning game on my PC (Modern Warfare 2) was basically broken overnight with an update to an unplayable state. Their new game, Black Ops 6, I decided to download and install through Xbox Game Pass for PC to give it a try, and the game will not even boot to the main menu. This company has released a video game that will not even begin to load, which retails for 70 USD. I have tried all avenues of fixing this technical problem on my end, I have reinstalled windows system components, clean booted, reinstalled the game, tweaked permissions, added antivirus exclusions, uninstalled other software I relied on, ran antivirus scans, restarted my Windows registry file, gone through crash logs, I have gained more general purpose IT knowledge just trying to get this game to load ONCE than I have needed to with any other program or game in the last 8 years. Activision, one of the most lucrative gaming publishers on the planet, does not even offer a live support chat feature to send my crash logs to and receive any convenient or valuable solutions. Every support forum post reiterates to try the solutions above I have already attempted multiple times. Every other game I have installed, every intensive program and plugin runs flawlessly on my PC, and if I were to hit any GPU bottleneck it would at least occur in-game and just result in a stutter. This product that is being sold is not only seemingly unfinished but unoptimized to the point that it can not even load when there is infinitely smaller studios with less resources able to release games and applications that work flawlessly AND have genuine support if not. Call of Duty Black Ops 6 on PC is a product that is being sold at a premium price point for the market while not providing me with any use whatsoever. Also I paid 60 bucks for MW2 and it was broken with an update.Business Response

Today, I came home from purchasing Call of Duty Black Ops 6 from Gamestop. I spent $70 (before taxes) on the game. I came home and loaded the game in just to find out I am banned from the game. I am rejecting this response because: they will simply review what their AI has chosen to do and that is it. If I used swear words while playing I could understand a 30 day ban or whatever. But I am sure those infraction will be something severe like using inappropriate software that I do not even own just so my account wont be reinstated. If I felt I would receive a fair review I would be happy but I know I wouldnt. I hadnt played the game in 3 week prior to installing BO6 and no one from my home can access my account. So many others got banned for unknown reasons as well. You have people who love this game and support it so much who get banned just because someone reported them with a lie. And thats not fair, we spend our hard earned money to buy this game and the perks within the game just to be banned on lies.
