    I ordered on their website. No fee was displayed and I requested the $19.95 hard copy. When purchase was made they charged me $213.35. Nowhere on the purchasing site page did it state it was non-refundable.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When I noticed that the amount charged was not the $19.95 that I agree too and I saw that I was charged $213.95. I reached out directly to the merchant and asked for a refund and a cancellation because I did not agree with that amount I was unaware that I was being charged for that amount. He claims that I did agree to the amount that it was on the processing fee and it was made available to me. When I looked the processing fee and the amount for the first time that I ordered I could not locate I reviewed the entire purchasing page to figure out where it was located. 

     

    He comes back to me and shows me this very small writing. Which I couldn't locate in the beginning. I then asked him where on the purchasing site did it say it was non-refundable where did I agree to the terms and conditions and where did it say it was not refundable? The terms and conditions of the cancellation policy and refund policy was on a separate page totally, there was nothing on the website to show that there was no refund or cancellation policy unless you reviewed the terms and conditions. How many people actually review the terms and conditions? 

    If many people are having the same exact issue with this merchant. I think it's time for this merchant to be shut down. There is no way that this many people have had the same experience I've had. There is no way that people would be upset about a dollar amount if they didn't originally agree to it or knowingly know that, that was going to happen. His no refund policy is only a way to deceive people, trick people, and scam people out of money.

    As someone who works in software. I believe that when the system does not recognize your IP address AKA it's new to the website it hides the processing fee and how much the payment is. Once the system recognizes your IP address as someone who's been there before it changes the screens. I believe this is what the scammer is doing.

    Please see our previous response. The fees were listed clearly, the acceptance of the Terms were listed clearly. We do not have a lot of people with this same issue as this person suggests. And no, we do not secretly hid items for people who have a new IP address. This is an absurd suggestion, and believe me, we do not have the technical acumen to do such a stunt. We are a small family business with not a whole lot of tech know how.

    Please re-review the previous response. I am not interested in entertaining false suggestions and bogus claims. If there is a legitimate issue or we dropped the ball somewhere, I am happy to help. But bogus suggestions and claims are not something I give much consideration to.

    Fast filings false advertising their services. It says they file wholesale license which when I typed in the search bar their company pops up! I go through they process pay and the whole time I'm seeing "Wholesale " but they didn't file the wholesale the filed retail license which i already have a retail i foled myself! Now I'm being told something different from what I know as a business owner. Which is wholesale license and retail license are 2 different things! They're telling me it's the same but that's not the truth! Each license premit the business owner to do different things with their business. Please can you do something about this fraud?

    I am rejecting this response because: I've sent proof that a Wholesale a d Retail license are different! But they're still telling me it the same! Not only have I done my research but I've also asked other wholesalers if the was a difference and they confirmed that it was a difference as well. And these people know because people need a retail and wholesale license to even shop with them! I actually own a business so I think I would know what licenses I need.

    In the state you are selling, frankly both of those terms are incorrect. Every state has a specific term they use for a sales and use tax registration. Some states use the term "seller's permit". Some use the term "reseller's permit". Some use the term "sales and use tax permit".


    I'm your state, neither the term "wholesale license" or "retail license" are correct. There is no such thing as either of those technically. But those terms are used as general or "slang" terms for the license. In your state, the term is "sales and use tax registration".

    Also, often times people get confused between a sales and use tax registration/license and a resale certificate. Those indeed are different.


    It appears somebody is giving you bad or incorrect information, causing your confusion. We are giving you the correct information.

    We are happy to help you understand these nuances, feel free to reach out. But we are not going to offer a refund for claims that are based on false and incorrect information that you are receiving from elsewhere.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have a actual "Retail license " not a slang! Please don't communicate with me like I don't know what I'm talking about when I have proof! It clearly says "Retail License"  that I filed myself through *******************. I'm not here to cause confusion or any drama! I'm a business man and I love to do great and righteous business and even more love to get exactly what I paid for. Not what someone wants to give me! The license I paid for ******* me to buy wholesale from manufacturers to sale to other wholesalers and retailers! The license you filed doesn't premit that those are for a whole different use! Trust me I know EXACTLY  what I'm talking about because I do deep researches on anything dealing with what's important to me and my business is important to me! I'm giving you proof! What proof do you have to counter the ACTUAL Retail document that says "RETAIL LICENSE"?! I'm not trying to make your business or employees look bad but I'm not trying to take a lose paying for something that I wasn't advertised and that I didn't need!

    On June 27, 2024 I applied for my wholesale/resale license through WV state and paid ********************** $244 + $30 so $274 for license to take care of filing and getting it for me! It is 9/6/2024 and I have not received my license or help from this company! They tell me to take it up with the state which I have called and they can not find it! I believe I have been scammed and they refuse to refund me the money all I get is take it up with the state when all I wanted was my wholesale/resale permit! I applied for my own business license through WV and received it in the mail in 4-5 business days which leads me to believe they are scamming people out of their money who could simply type it in themselves on the state website! I would like my $274 refunded or my wholesale resale license asap! I just started my own business and trusted them to make this easier but they have been the absolute worse! A company that files your paperwork should know where its at in the process and follow up accordingly! Please stop these crooks from scamming more people that dont have alot of money trying to start a company! They deserved to be shut down and business license be revoked for the way they handle business after someone pays them almost $300 and then gets the cold shoulder!

    As was outlined quite clearly, our service is simply to file the license request. We are crystal clear that we do not ever guarantee that the state will issue the permit. Our service is JUST to file the request.

    As we have told the customer multiple times, we completed the filing request on 7/5. He has sent us a myriad of hostile/aggressive emails, and we continue to tell him to contact the state if he has questions about the filing we submitted on 7/5.

    Had he not been hostile, rude, and aggressive, we would have been happy to go the extra step of contacting the state to see if we can get some further info.

    If this person wants to change his demeanor in the way he contacts us, perhaps we will be willing to lend some extra hands. But until then, we won't help him further as we completed the service he hired us to perform.

    This company fraudulently advertises and misleads customers. I was searching to file a sellers permit for Ca and this website showed up as first option. As I navigated it - they asked for info and took me to payment page and immediately processed the **** they are charging $199 for a FREE sellers permit. The same information is used to file an actual sellers permit so their service is fraud, it does not contribute to anything. I went through the site again and realized that they have tactfully hidden information in clauses abt cancellation and refund and have a barely visible service *** now on the website when they are collecting payment info. You can totally miss it and they also keep changing the website as complaints are filed. This is a completely bogus company and I want my money back. There is a reason why they keep pointing to terms and conditions as they know they are frauding people. Just because there is content on the site does not mean customer consent to it to be defrauded.

    I signed up for my NY State business license through their "expedited" service for $194 on July 2.However, after waiting for it to show up, I decided to file directly through the State's website. The State sent me my business license by email within seconds of submitting. So I'm very confused about their service. Fast Filings is running false services and I'd like a refund. Despite their no refund policy.

    I am sorry if this customer had an issue with our service. But I need to point out some inaccuracies and issues with this complaint:

     

    1) This customer claims they ordered a business license through us. They did not. They ordered our service to file a request for a NY Certificate of Authority through us. This is not a business license.

    2) This customer claims they ordered our "expedited" service. They did not order expedited service, and we do not offer any expedited service. We do not suggest or claim anywhere that our service is "expedited". The timeframes to expect are outlined clearly outlined during the order process and on the confirmation email, and those timeframes are accurate.

    3) This customer claims they then ordered a business license through the state who then emailed the license withing seconds. This is also false. NY does not have any business license, and ** does not email business licenses to customers or to anybody.

    4) We have had NO contact from this customer. None. So not only are the claims here completely false, but the customer never even bothered to contact us about an issue so we could help resolve the issue.

     

    Out of principle, I will absolutely not consider any request that is accompanied by false claims especially when the customer never even bothered contacting us. If this customer has a legitimate issue (not false claims) we are here to listen and to help.

    And as one more note, I find it quite unfair and unethical for a person to make a BBB complaint with false claims, and not even bother to contact the company to give the company an opportunity to resolve any issues.

    im very confused. They are called fast filings and they admitted today that they didn't file on time. I paid for a service that they failed to deliver  


    How is it that I applied through the state and immediately received my Cert of Auth. I attached that for proof. How are they running this kind of biz?

    I reached out to them through the website last week and they didn't respond until I filed the BBB today

    3) This customer claims they then ordered a business license through the state who then emailed the license withing seconds. This is also false. NY does not have any business license, and ** does not email business licenses to customers or to anybody.

    3B: again, I didn't apply for biz license. 

    4) We have had NO contact from this customer. None. So not only are the claims here completely false, but the customer never even bothered to contact us about an issue so we could help resolve the issue.

    4B. Untrue. I've had a number of emails exchanged. They said: 

    As for the service you ordered through us - your order is still in process and has not been sent to the state. We have been short staffed and we were busy over the holiday. So admittedly things are taking slightly longer than normal, but this sometimes happens and we are still within the timeframe estimates we listed

    Again, all the claims here are factually false.

    1) We did not state at any point "admitted today that they didn't file on time." We told the customer that the filing has indeed taken longer than it normally takes us, but that the filing was done well within the timeframe outlined.
    2) The complaint states that she received a COA through the state within minutes. This is false, and impossible. But regardless, this is not related to the service we offer.
    3) The email correspondence with this customer was AFTER they submitted a ******************** complaint. We did not receive a single email from the customer until AFTER we received a complaint.


    We will not under any circumstance entertain requests that are attached to false claims and false accusations. The service this customer ordered has been completed, and we will not assist or communicate with this customer further.

    There must be some confusion. All fees are listed clearly during the checkout. The fees listed on the checkout page are the fees that will be charged, and these are also the fees listed on your confirmation email. Further, we have no record of any support ticket inquiries or emails from ******************* Did you bother to contact our support team before opening a BBB complaint?

    Second, we will not give any consideration to someone making the false accusation of calling us a scam.

    This complaint is pretty ridiculous. I highly doubt this person has an order with **. Nonetheless:

    1- Nobody can be "diverted" to us. The only want to get to our service is to either go through one of our paid ads after searching for our service, or come directly to our website. You cannot order through us without actively confirming you understand the service description, the fact that we are a private service, etc.

    2- We are not turkeys. We humans who work very hard for our clients.  But I will say that if cooked and prepared properly, turkeys are the absolute best part of Thanksgiving dinner.

    3- We are not a scam. We have been in business over 10 years offering lots of filing services for businesses. We have well over ****** five star reviews on the web.

    Mistakenly filed State of Information thru Fastfilings on 3/21/24. Paid ridiculous expensive fees $69 and State of Information fee $25 for total of $94 and thinking State of Information will update instantly. Bank checked and no updates so I had to log into www.sos.ca.gov to pay the State of Information fee $20 to update instantly which requested by the bank. Sent email to Fastfilings on 3/21/24 to cancel the transactions. Fastfilings.com processed the transaction on 3/22/24 and refused to refund and cancel the transaction. This is a scam and has no refund of business for customers. It's ridiculous expensive $94 for getting the State of Information.     Our $69 service fee is displayed clearly during the process in multiple places including the landing page and the checkout page. The fact that our service is not refundable is outlined clearly during checkout and the customer has to actually check a box confirming this service is not refundable.

    Given that the pricing and policies were so abundantly clear, and actively signed off on by the customer, I can't even entertain this as being a valid complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Fastfilings has zero refund policy. I need the service right away on 3/21/24 and didn't get it. I didn't sign for the service on 3/22/24 and didn't need the service as shown on the documents for State of Information on 3/22/24.  I didn't authorize Fastfilings to get the documents on 3/22/24. I cancelled the service on 3/21/24 but Fastfilings disregarded the cancellation and processed the documents on 3/22/24. Every company needs to have a refund policy.

    If a customer has has a legitimate issue, or we dropped the ball somewhere, we want to help. But I am not going to entertain a request that has false claims tied to it. If this customer wants us to make an exception to the clear policies, he will have to ask without attaching false claims to his request.
    I will address these  false claims 1 by 1:

    1) The fact that we have a no refund policy is outlined in ******* clear detail during the order process. The customer has to ACTIVELY check a box to agree to the policy. See attachment 1, a screenshot of the checkout page showing the clear disclosure. See attachment 2, a full copy of the contract the customer signed off on, with specific sections pointed out.


    2) The customer claims he did not sign up for the service and did not authorize the service. This is false. The customer authorized the service and signed up for the service on 3/21 at 4:22 pacific time. A copy of the raw order data showing he authorized and placed the order at this ************* are attached in Attachment 3. A copy of his receipt is also attached in Attachment 4.

    3) The customer claims he cancelled he canceled the service. As previously outlined, the customer agreed to the no cancellation policy.

    I will state it again - if the customer has a legitimate issue or we dropped the ball somewhere, we want to help. If the customer wants us to make an exception to the ******* clear policies he agree to, that's certainly something we are open to, but NOT if the request has completely false claims attached to it.
