    Best service ever. Ordered a ** Statement of information filing because it was too tricky to go through the state. They got it done and over to me within 5 minutes. Thank you fastfilings.com. I will use fast filings again, and it's no wonder they have so many good reviews online.On another note, I need a CA seller's permit for my business, so will be placing an order again soon. I will leave another review of fast filings when the time comes!

    Fastfilings**** has been fantastic. They got the filings done faster than I could have ever expected. I used them for both a statement of information as well as a seller's permit.

    I filed a BBB complaint against FastFilings.com on Mar 27, 2023 but the BBB posted the complaint against *********************.com (their parent company). Please see that company's BBB listing for the full complaint. *********************************************************************************************************************************** I placed a $113.95 order with FastFilings.com for a CA Sellers Permit on Mar 23, 2023 & was upcharged for a copy of the permit (which I learned shortly afterwards is provided by the state for free). I immediately cancelled my order & asked for a full refund. I was told via email that all orders are non-cancellable for *any* reason & yet I found multiple reviews online from others receiving refunds so I don't know why I am being discriminated against. I escalated to a supervisor asking why any company doing business in CA which has strong consumer protections would not stand behind its products / services & allow for dissatisfied customers to secure a refund within a reasonable amount of time (in this case within hours of placing the order).I contacted my credit card company to contest the charge, reached out to ****TV's 7 on Your Side w/*************************** to get involved & left a **********.com review on Mar 23, **** titled "FastFilings.com refuses ALL order cancellations/refunds". ********************************************************** I escalated to FastFilings.com CEO ******************* & got an email saying that they would refund me IF I removed my negative review. I responded that I would remove my review AFTER I received a refund from them. They insisted I remove the review first. My credit card ultimately did NOT charge me so I left the review alone as it is an accurate statement of my FastFilings.com interaction.Please beware of doing business with this company. They are charging/upcharging for things that are often either free or much lower in cost. Save your money for a company that will provide refunds to their customers!

    Do not use this company to file your forms. They charge outrageous fees for merely transmitting the information you enter into the computer to the appropriate governmental agency. It is a real rip off! I was charged $275.15 for filing a report with **************** with a governmental fee of $61.50. Totally outrageous.They will not consider a refund unless I give them an account no. That email that contained that informatlon has mysteriously been removed from my emails and I did not delete it.I am 80 years old and very mistakenly used this company. BEWARE do not use them for any reason!!!
