    Bought a Honda HR-V from them needed some body work done on passenger side fender. Salesman ***** told me they would fix it. Now rhe are ingeniero my calls. Told me once rey got paid from loan company it would be fixed.

    We have been discussing with the customer, and have been arranging the final work to complete what customers needs were with body work.  We tried to go online to share that information on ***** to share,we believed the customer was sharing this work was getting completed

    I purchased premier paint protection by auto butter registerstion number HE039745 on February 8th, 2024. During this time our weather was raining and storms I was told by sales associate *********************** that I can bring my car back at a later time to follow up with the paint protection and full car detail. I have been calling and texting *********** as well as the service department to schedule my paid service I get no follow up calls from *********** and the service department said I need to speak to my sales associate. At this point I am asking for a full refund for service I paid and not received.

    On 3/22/2023 I went to cypress coast **** and paid in full amount (cashiers check) of $89,420 for a new 2022 **** f-350 king ***** four door long bed I left and they said they would send my title work in so I can get the title and tag for the truck in ** the dmv has not received anything for the truck vin ***************** so in turn I can not get a tag and have not received a title for the truck so the truck is a yard ornament until I can get the title.

    We took our 2002 ********* pick up to this business wanting a key made and to have a diagnostic ran. They had the truck from April 14, 2022 to June 21, 2022. During this time we had to rent a car which was an extremely expensive extra cost for us. After several text messages back and forth which we have copies of. They finally said our truck was ready for pick up. We went and paid them ******** Truck took home and checked for oil and fluids truck was empty no oil. Said checked fluids and changed oil. Impossible if it was empty. We were told new computer was put into truck and when my husband checked it wasn't so the computer was scratched and looked as if it had been sand blasted. Truck ****** 3 days and it died again. All wires for stereo and other items were left all hanging. What a ****** job they did and here we are again with the same problem.

    On 11-15-22 ***** ***** came to my home at 830 pm and inspected, then took**************, and left me with what he said was a reciept. It's the *** papers that show they are purchasing the vehicle for ******** The next day I received a text stating that they were now only going to pay me ****** and that there was a huge dent in the hood and if I didn't take their new offer, they were going to put my tahoe in storage and charge me fees for storing it. I feel like I'm being blackmailed to receive less for my vehicle. Today is now the 22nd and I still don't have my vehicle nor did they pay if off as they said they would. I also sent them with a check for ******* to pay the difference in payoff.*********************************************************************************** now no vehicle. I can't even purchase a new one because the other on is still on my credit bc they haven't paid for it. I feel like if someone takes your possessions and doesn't pay you for them, that's theft!!

    My Honda dealer (*** ******* ****** ******** has intentionally transmitted FALSE INFORMATION to *******. I have gotten two emails from ******* ("Courtesy of *** ******* ******** suggesting that my car is overdue for an oil change and another suggesting that it''s overdue for tire rotation. This is obviously now public information and it is patently FALSE. I DO NOT always get my oil changes at this dealer and I DO NOT always get my tires rotated at this dealer. I have all my service records in hard copy and can prove that these statements by *** ******* ***** are false. But I refuse to be forced to communicate all of my service records to *******. This is an invasion of my privacy and I never (knowingly anyway) authorized this dealer to disclose any information about my service records with anyone, let alone a public source of information!

    On approximately July 30, 2022 I sold my vehicle to this dealership. The salesperson was **** *******. While we negotiated, we agreed on a set price. When they brought me the papers to sign and after we had agreed on the negotiated price, **** then added fees for various items that devalued the price of the transaction. For example, he said that I needed to pay certain *** fees. I had a feeling that he was cheating me but didn't have enough knowledge of this type of transaction to know whether he was or not. I learned later that it is typically the buyer of the vehicle who pays those fees. Despite feeling that I was being cheated on the fees, I completed the transaction and sold my vehicle to the dealership. After I completed the forms transferring title, etc., the **** ******* told me that he would not give me the check on that day, that they would need to wait for the ***. It has now been five weeks since I sold my car to them, and I have not received my check. They have had possession of the vehicle the entire time. I have called many times and been stonewalled and they have refused to give me my check. **** ******* said that they needed to wait for the *** to clear title. My recent attempts to contact **** ******* have not been answered. I have even emailed him several times and he has just not responded to me. Today I spoke to another salesperson at the dealership, and he told me that if the car was paid off (which it was), then the *** should have processed the transaction on the next day. I still have not heard back from the original salesperson. To this day, I have still not received payment for my vehicle. This dealership still has possession of my vehicle.
