On 06/16/24, 19 dollars was charged to my account by shipmentfree.com, a service I have never used, never authorized payment for or anything else. I don't even know how they got my card information. This should be criminally investigated.Business Response

On June 11, 2024, I found a $19:00 charge on my dad credit card from a company shown as Ship I have no idea what these charges are for and I or he had have never authorized these charges. The first charges was on Sept 16 2022 for $3. On the 23rd of each month thereafter there has been a $19 charge. I have never signed up for a membership, never received an email stating that I have a membership, and did not in any way approve such membership.I have since cancelled my credit card and would ask to be refunded for all the monies that I have been charged for over the past 1.5 years.Business Response

Reviewing my bank statements and I have 10 recurring monthly charges of $19 that I did not authorize. I do not use this service or have signed up for it. I never heard of this company to begin with. I have contacted the number on my bank statement and demanded a refund and the rep said they can only approve 3 months. Absolutely unacceptable. By the looks of the reviews, Im not the only one. I never signed up for shipment free services and they have been charging my card $19 per month for 4 months. I have emailed and messaged the company multiple times to cancel. I received 2 charges for ***** and May from Free Shipments.com. I did not start this subscription. I called the company and they have an account for me. The first representative I talked to hung up on me. I called back and the second representative wanted my entire debit card number. I did not give it to him. One charge was on ***** 10th for $19.00. The second charge was on May 10th for $19.00. I never authorized this subscription. I notified my bank and they are issuing me a new debit card and have put a fraud alert on this company. The second rep wanted all kinds of personal information about me in order to cancel my subscription. Thank you for the refunds, but I really want to know who placed this subscription.

On June 2nd I was charged for a subscription through vivid seats to receive a rebate. At the time of sign up, I was not aware I would be signing up for a subscription. Subscription cost is $29.99 which exceeds the amount of the rebate which I have not been contacted for despite meeting all requirements to receive rebate. They claim I can cancel my subscription on their site under the my account tab but there is no option. I emailed their contact email and was given an email that confirmed they received my email requesting assistance to cancel and they would respond in 24 hours. It has been over 72 hours with no response from them. This business is unprofessional and purposely lags on their end to find ways to not uphold their benefits offered. It is also very unprofessional and wrong to falsely claim an option to unsubscribe and never respond to someone on how to unsubscribe. This business is shy of a scam operation and I will be notifying vivid seats of my disappoint in their affiliation with this company and will be calling my bank in regards to this company not offering me an option to unsubscribe.Business Response
