I did not sign up for or put in any card information for this service. The subscription was snuck in with another online purchase disguised as a step in the billing information and has been discretely charging me for a service I never knew about. Its a disgusting and predatory attempt to steal money from unsuspecting victims. This, at the very least, is bad business practice. You guys rely on these sneaky charges to fund your fraudulent business. And the other complaints on here are very telling of your business model. Steal from people and then blame them for being scammed. Id like all the bogus charges refunded.Business Response

After completing an online purchase at **********, I was prompted to claim $20 off my order and directed to fill out a form. I later discovered a charge of $37.00 CAD on my card from ShipmentsFree.com, a company I had no intention of engaging with.When I contacted Old Navys customer support, they provided no clear information about the charge or the company. I later found numerous complaints online, including a Reddit thread, suggesting this issue is widespread. Customers appear to be unknowingly charged by ShipmentsFree.com after completing their purchases at Old Navy.This lack of transparency is unacceptable and undermines trust in Old Navys checkout process. My 13 year old son's debit account started getting charged by shipmentsfree.com. They charged my son $25 in November, December and January. I called this business and they described that since my son is a minor they would not cancel the service and I would have to contact my bank to stop the payments. This organization did not provide any service to us and my son identified that he did not sign up for a subscription.
