Were sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with the auto-pay feature on your loan. We understand how important it is for payments to be processed smoothly, and were glad to inform you that the issue with payments not being processed on the 30th has been resolved. Our auto-pay system is now functioning as expected.
Regarding the double deduction on the 15th, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Weve taken steps to ensure that such situations will not happen again. As per your request during your recent phone call, weve confirmed that both auto-pay schedules on your account have been cancelled.
