    I have had a loan since 07/2022. I had it set up to auto pay on the 15th and 30th of each month. On the month that didn't have 30 days (February), or any month where the 30th fell on a Sunday, this payment wouldn't be pulled at all and then that cancelled out my contract for my auto pay. This has happened a handful of times, and the last time, which was Feb of 2024 seemed to have corrected this.Now, they have deducted my payment twice on the 15th with no advanced warning. Because of the issue with them not deducting funds on the 30th, this account might have been a day or two late - at the most. To change the payment terms without telling your clients and giving them the opportunity to put more money in their account to cover a double payment is ********.I will never utilize your company again for a consolidation loan - and will tell everyone to avoid your business.

    I obtained a loan 11/24/2023and have been trying to get access to the website every since and have been completely unable to register to pay off my loan. Everytime i call they just tell me the website is going through a merger and should be able to login in 5 days its been 3 weeks and i still cant get online to pay my acct

    Our records indicate an application for credit on November 24, 2023 in the amount of $3,564.00 through one of our partners, Puppy World. Please review Puppy World website for disclosures terms and conditions applicable to your submission of an application through their site. As noted on their website Puppy World works with many lenders nationwide in order to facilitate loans that fit their customers financial needs. One of those lenders is **************** (CRB), in ********** chartered FDIC insured bank. Lending USA assists in processing and servicing credit applications on behalf of CRB.

    We understand that you were having issues accessing our customer portal to properly pay your loan off. This was because of a system migration we were completing. We can determine that you have already created the account and registered the loan for payoff. The payoff is still being processed on your account.

    I would not use this company for a loan. I overpayed on this account and now been waiting on this refund since July and getting a run around regarding receiving my refund. The office staff doesnt give names or give concise information. I am disabled Veteran and feel like I am getting used. ******-Agent these people don't know anything. *****-Supervisor of call center agents. They don't directly let customers speak with the billing department. I will NEVER promote or share to use the services.

Since you reported the check was past due, we were able to validate that the check was not cashed-out and we sent a deposit to your checkings account ending in **** on October 23rd, 2023 for $355.94, just like you confirmed with me on a call today.We hope the above addresses your concerns.     They asked for my username and password to my **** of America account which you know is a scam. They first got my checking account and routing number, then my debit card expiration date and three numbers on the back, then when all the easy stuff was given to them, they then ask for the final blow, my username and password. Never give out that information, so I hung up on them, called my bank and canceled my debit card and changed my username and password to my bank account anyway, even though they didn't get it.
