Proceed with extreme caution with this company and its billing/charging practices. I never finalized my order, nor did I approve of the predatory "bundle" games they play, but they thought upon themselves to charge my card FIVE separate times for 5x the original amount! The epitome of slime. No wonder they have an F as a business rating. Never, under any circumstances, provide anything to these scammers. Not money. Not info. Not card numbers. Nothing. Lowest scum on the planet. My cc company is going to investigate them and block them not only as it relates to my card, but in general! Good luck doing business with B of A! These people use a predatory and completely deceptive billing/check out system that adds hundreds, if not thousands, of completely Hidden or not approved charges. Whatever these people have to say in response is lip service. Just read the rest of the reviews. They're here for a reason. Hope they go down in a ball of flames and see prison time for what they're doing to people. Proof I never finished my order is in the attached email they sent me. But that didn't stop them from charging my card FIVE TIMES at 5x the cost to teach me a lesson. SCAMMERS!!!Business Response

Price advertised was for one bottle, but when it charged my card it was for x5 bottles. It never gave me a chance to check the total charge before the debit when through, like all other similar transactions. Immediately called their posted **************** Number (XXX-XXX-XXXX). The real issue is that their "website" never takes you and your order (that you clicked on to purchase) to a final page to indecate your actual purchase so that you can approve BEFORE the sales goes through! It just executes THE ORDER BASED UPON THE MAXIMUN AMOUNT OF BOTTLES (5). Futhermore. Now receintly, I have received another bogus charge on the same debit card I used for this purchase only for some sort of health magazine. Which I called that number to reverse that charge, they said "I had charged earlier at SERA Labs"! So evidently SERA Labs evidently gave/sold my debit card to another institution to fraudentualy utilize!!!! I was researching cures and treatments for tinnitus and was taken to a page that I learned was a 6yr old scam that three Khalif sisters created a new CBD gummy that cured tinnitus and was then taken to the Sera Labs website. At final checkout I was getting a sense that something wasn't right and began trying to cancel, three times I did this resulting in 25% off my total each time. Which really should have set the flag off but I'm in a desperate spot with my condition so I continued and checked out. A day and a half later I have a bad charge on the same card from a phantom business that has only ever been used on the internet this one time.Business Response

I attempted to purchase a 1 bottle of product from this company for $38. When the confirmation email arrived, it was for $247.49. I immediately requested the order to be cancelled, and they offered to cancel it, refunding only 10% of the charge to my credit card. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, but The Sera Labs has been unwilling to cancel the order or abide by the return policy on their website, which would require me to pay $11.95 + shipping. I want a full refund and the order cancelled, since shipping has not taken place (no shipping confirmation has been provided).Business Response

Order placed and canceled less than 30 minutes later on November 1, 2022. Sera Labs later sent me no less than 3 offers to discount products I had yet to receive while assuring me they could not stop their mailing process. I purchased $422.93 of products as a one-time purchase onAugust 27, 2022. I then went to the website and saw a promo code of August25 for 25% off. Seralabs would not apply the 25% code because they say it does not apply to one-time purchases. The subscribe and save savings is 20% , which is not the 25% promo code. I would like the 25% applied to my purchase and a refund of $105.73 which is the 25% promo code. The website is misleading and there is no disclaimer that the 25% is only for subscribe and save, which it isn't really even for the subscribe and save because it applies 20%. I have attached a screenshot of the 25% promo code banner and my receipt of purchase, which I am still waiting for as of this date and have been told it should arrive today.Business Response

On 5/14/22 I responded to an ad on ******** for ************ weight-loss gummies. It claimed endorsement by ***** ******** The offer was for a free bottle, for a ** shipping/handling charge. I paid with my debit card. I received not one but three bottles, and my debit card was charged ******** To date I have received 3 shipments, 3 bottles each with a charge of ******* for each shipment. I believe that I have successfully closed the account as of the third "order" (order ************* I have not been successful in returning this product or in getting refunds. The first difficulty was in finding the company that produced and sent it (SeraLabs), for the name was not on the bottles or the packaging (I finally found it from my debit card records). There was no paper, no receipt or information included inside the packaging. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful; phone calls and emails result in text and links that circle back to the same numbers. More than once I reached a person via Sera Labs who has been unable to locate my account. On 7/19/22 I finally reached their ********** team at XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX. I was told to call back when the third shipment arrived, for instructions about returning it. No one responded to my calls. I reached them today at the 501 number. I was told that the 30-day limit for returns has expired, and that that deadline was on their website. They had never provided me information about that website (which doesn't include this product), the name of the company, the subscription policy, the 30-day return policy or how to return the product.Business Response

I originally only ordered one package of gummies ****** I received and billed for more ******* Then later another order of **** came. Now I've just been Informed that I will be billed another **** for another order. I do NOT know how to STOP them from not only billing but also sending the gummies.
