My issue is all of the false advertising. I literally clicked an embed link saying BBB Accredited to open their Company Profile clearly stating that they are NOT in fact accredited. They finally stopped the media player rolling the ************************* interviews which seemed to imply his representation and/of association with this company, but the the player with his image is still present AND the latest video, while explaining the ** Process, shows Policy Payouts being paid to Reliant AND ************************* in the same screen portion again implying some mutual association or representation. What I dont find anywhere are financial records, *** year over year for the company or for investors, nor do they provide ANY rearward financial transparency. Even their *** Calculator is misleading in that it provides a Fixed Return Figure that is always 10+% above Invested Amount, while stating in fine print below that Reliant guarantees no return on investment, begging the question: What is a Fixed Return as outlined in the *** Calculator then? No formulas or historic returns data is provided to support any of their return projections either. All told, they seem to want people to invest in them as if they were a Fund, while obfuscating the ************************* a Fund shoulders by then slipping into the role as merely a Policy Broker/Middleman who presents the Policies for you to select therefrom & then they require you give up any & all control over your Policy Stake to *************** they re-package portions of the ***************** to. No details regarding charges, fees, or further management costs appear anywhere that I could find, effectively leaving you to their mercy year by year. I love the diversification potential, the asset class, & the ability to provide those in need of cash, a buyer for their policy. What I cant sign off on is a total lack of financial docs, misleading marketing at every single turn, & a company being unclear about what they are.

It appears in Reliants response they researched me instead of the issues I raised. Visit their site. It clearly shows every single detail outlined in my complaint. Your website constitutes a value accruable customer interaction, the likes of which entitles me to the right to advocate on behalf of fellow consumers should such issues that border on questions of legality arise, as your advertising practices clearly do. Your hyperlink claims BBB Accreditation, you maintain Buffets image and elude to partnership in practice and performance. Its all there as outlined in my complaint.

Larry Tupler has been delinquent is getting a claim payment to me from August 2020. Excuse after excuse was offered at the time, but no payment was ever received. Many emails later, all he had to offer was COVID caused the problem. Well, COVID lockdowns ended a over a year ago and still nothing has been paid. In the last 60 days, he contacted me to alert me that a maturity event occurred that could result in a payout in excess $30,000. No matter how of often I ask for the status of the transfer of funds to me, I get the same runaround that Larry is working on it. He has written to me advising me that I will receive an email from an unnamed source. Supposedly, that email will explain the process for receiving the funds. Once again, multiple emails have been met with a brushoff that he is working on it. Based on the poor performance cited above, I would advise anyone NOT TO MAKE an investment with this company. It is likely that I will have to seek a 3rd party investigation into the company to get satisfaction.

Hello Reliant Team, Thank you for the unexpected payout. I was hoping for another one soon, but this makes campaigning for you with my men's group easier. I have to report that the other complaints about not being able to reach someone does not apply to me, or anyone I have referred to my agent. My Agent **** always gets back to me promptly, and the one time he was away, his compliance team followed up with me. I thought I was happy getting a possible 4% growth in the annuity I broke to invest in this, and have been seeing better than the promised 10% (just under 16% on this last one) annual gain since. I do not get compensated for this review, and am writing so anyone reading will listen to the reasoning behind the other complaints, and give Reliant a chance to explain. I don't need someone to baby me, but if I had read those complaints - and not asked my agent about them, my family would not have been witnessing the 10% returns. The radio ad I called on 9 years ago made a promise, and the Reliant team has been keeping that promise. Keep sending the payouts to my account!

Hello Mr. Sxxxx, Thank you for the recent review. Thank you for pointing out the complaints. Covid was an adjustment/transition period for most every business. Yes, I wish people would ask about the complaints, instead of discarding the entire idea, strategy, and track record. We have been in business for over 10 years, with very satisfied customers. The thing with satisfied customers is that they rarely take the time to give a good review. When we get what we anticipated, we are not surprised, we are glad and keep the relationship. In mathematical terms: We have a 99% satisfaction record (under 30 complaints here and +/- 3,000 clients), and no one has ever said that they lost money. The bulk of the complaints are all similar, they are all investors from 2 or 3 policies, and are not a good representation of all the policies, over all the years of the offering. Have anyone from your group reach out to your agent for further questions or concerns, I'm sure they are the same questions or concerns that are heard each day.

Reliant, Thank you for another prompt payout. I noticed I made more on this one than my last 3 payouts. I referred my nephew to you guys, and the complaints on the BBB are making my nephew think twice. Why all the negative reviews? I have nothing but great service, communication, and returns.

Helli Mr. XXXX, we are always glad we can help our investors, by helping the seniors. Yes, this payout was earlier than the others you've had, hence the bolstered annual return. Out of 70 agents, only 5 work full time with new and existing investors. We have high turn over with the other agents because they are annuity salesman, or accountants, or life agents that can make a quick buck off their one client, and don't get the extensive training, to alert the potential investor about the 1 risk, and disappear into other professions. That is why it is hard to get a hold of them. None of the complaints say that anyone has lost money, mainly the level of communication, which we have under control since covid. Out of 3000 clients less than 30 complaints means that 99% of our clients are satisfied.

Lack of response. We have 4 policies with Reliant Life Shares. Last August we received a letter stating Montage Financial Group would join Reliant as a new policy servicing company. That is the last correspondence we received from Reliant Shares. The last statement we received was June 30, 2021. The agent we communicated with is no longer with the company. We sent an email to the Company president several days ago with no response. We called and only received voice messages. At this point we don't know who is servicing our policies or who our agent is. Very poor communication.

Any delay is due to the reconciliation of this process. New statements reflecting the optimization on your 4 polices are being prepared. To: Reliant Admin Team: Thank you! Thank you! I can't believe I got my payout before I got my stamped closing paperwork back on this last policy. It could not have come at a better time during the Covid.
To: Potential investors: You need to try this! This seemed new to me when I first heard the radio ad. My wife was a little skeptical, but our agent (God Bless him) was persistent with making sure we understood what we thought we already knew. We did not know. He asked some questions and guessed what we mis-understood. The answer was not exactly the way we thought and he explained everything in simple terms. He explained the one risk, and how the payouts work. There are 2 sure things: this is a way to help some one and protect yourself along the way, using one of those things. The updating promises were kept and, more importantly, the payout promises were kept. Thank you again! ***** H.

Hello Roger, I hope the day finds you well. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the last year. We were not the only office trying to navigate the "new normal". It took a little while for our office to get set up to work remotely, as well as some of the reporting offices we use to get set up remotely. Prior to last year, we had no complaints about late updates or paperwork. As you mentioned, the pay-outs kept coming. We were able to work out all the kinks and are back on track. Thank you for those referrals also.
