    It is Zero star for me. The Company is in fact based in *****. I ordered a desk more than SIX MONTHS ago, it was NEVER delivered and I have NOT received a Refund yet! They have been telling me the same thing << they will sending my request to the billing department>>. Please this company is not worth the trouble!!

    I ordered something from FurnitureHouz and there is a small box at checkout to join their "club" for $19.99 a month. This box defaults to checked, so if you aren't aware, you are enrolled in this "club." I made that mistake, and have repeatedly asked them to remove me, but they ignore me. Every month, they try to charge my card for $19.99. I had to get the card company to change my number so it wouldn't go through. They are still trying to charge me. Not only that, but the filters I ordered are worthless. There is a chip in GE filters and these, although labeled as GE filters, do not have it. They don't work in my fridge, so they are completely useless to me. Just try to get help from their support email. Exercise in futility.

    This company "Furniturehouz" charged me $19.99 for a purchase I did not make. Contacted website with NO reply. They switched names and is now Sweet *****????
